Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

El apartamento era súper bonito tal cual las fotos, la piscina genial pero el camino para llegar era de tierra y era un poco difícil de acceder, el anfitrión súper receptivo y amable en todo momento, lo recomiendo sin duda

Christian, bedankt voor het verblijf. We hebben er van genoten. Verblijf ziet er top uit. Het zwembad was super. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen. Elke dag hebben we een padelbaan gehuurd. Ook de padel en tennis zag erg top uit.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für entspannte Tage braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten – allerdings ist es empfehlenswert, mit einem Mietwagen anzureisen, da man so deutlich flexibler ist. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Leider war der Pool während unseres Aufenthalts wegen Reparaturen geschlossen, was etwas schade war – aber wir wurden im Vorfeld darüber informiert, was wir sehr fair fanden. Sobald der Pool wieder nutzbar ist, ist das sicher ein noch größerer Pluspunkt! Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Fabulous stay at Eric's apartment. Host was always very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly, and spoke great English. Apartment easy to find and access. Bedrooms and lounge were brilliant, loads of space. Balcony was first class, with chairs overlooking the beach and above the Pyramid cafe. Linen, beach chairs and all the kitchen extras provided. There were lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and Eric gave us some tips, we particularly liked the tapas bar, El Pimiento, and the restaurant Zoco del mar, which was next to the castle, and had marvellous views over the whole bay. There is a lovely Plaza within 5 minutes, which has lots of cafe's , ice cream bars etc. Apartment was an hour from Murcia airport. The beach is fantastic, literally 1 minute walk down, and swimming in the sea was brilliant. It was generally quiet, and lovely and peaceful, although on a weekend can get a bit busier. A brilliant stay, and one we would definitely come back to.

Sin palabras…una casa cuidada al detalle, muy bien decorada, súper limpia… La ubicación es inmejorable con la playa al lado y todos los servicios super cerca. Milka es encantadora, muy atenta, amable y dando facilidades. ¡Esperamos repetir muy pronto!

excelente!! nos sentimos como en casa , es un piso acogedor, tiene todo los utensilios qué necesitarías o tendrias en tu casa. Queríamos salir de la rutina y estar cerca del mar y fue perfecto para los niños, la mascota y nosotros 👌 una zona muy tranquila para poder descansar, bajar a la piscina o ir a la playa. repetiriamos sin duda

Muy buen alojamiento

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

nos sorprendió gratamente a nuestra llegada el alojamiento, muchísimas mas espacioso que en las fotos, decoración y estado perfecto. La terraza espectacular. A pesar de poder aparcar en la calle, el que nos dejasen el garaje también es un plus. Buena ubicación y zona muy tranquila para desconectar y descansar. Ha superado nuestras expectativas el alojamiento. El anfitrión y familiar que nos recibió muy amables y atentos, dándonos muchas facilidades en todo momento. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, que si podemos, repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por compartir esta vivienda y dar una vacaciones a los huéspedes estupendas estupendas.

Hemos pasado unos días de descanso ideales con los niños que han disfrutado mucho.

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Sin lugar a dudas, Denise y Barry son unos superanfitriones! Nos prepararon una cesta de bienvenida y el apartamento era ideal, todo limpio y ordenado, un balcón precioso que ilumina el salón, tanto el sofá como la cama eran comodisimas. El aparcamiento también es muy cómodo y en la propia puerta del edificio con techado. Lo que nunca había visto en otros Airbnb es la cantidad de detalles que DyB aportaron a su apartamento, en la cocina hay de todo aceite, sal, cafe, azúcar... incluso pastillas de lavavajillas y la lavadora, todo tipo de productos y utensilios, incluso en el baño habia una cestita con agua micelar, aloe vera, desodorante, discos desmaquillantes... Lo más alucinante fue ver que tb nos dieron sillas para la playa, nevera, una mesita, toallas, sombrillas... De verdad demuestran ser unos superanfitriones! Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa y estamos deseando volver a repetir aquí! 🥰✨️

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
