There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

Very nice and well-equipped house in a very quiet place. The outdoor area with pool is perfect for summer evenings. Ger has been very attentive to anything we might need.

Teresa is a perfect host, the house is very cozy and the pool is incredible. Your dog Archie melts in love for you as soon as he sees you hehe. a very rural and quiet place... perfect for relieving the stress of the city and the routine of work.

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always willing, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

The accommodation was perfect for spending a few days near the coast, without the hassle of traffic and people that are usually on the beachfront. The residential area was very quiet, and we were able to rest well at night. In mid-June, the pool was usually empty, or with very few people, so we also took advantage of it a lot in the afternoons. We were able to park at the same door every day, and in some areas there were trees with shade to leave the car. The terrace is small, but enough to sit down for breakfast or dinner quietly. As the apartment is small, the air conditioning cools it very quickly. But without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the communication with the host (Tais), who also left us several treats in the fridge for our arrival. Thank you very much! 😊

A super nice stay, very luxurious and clean. Lovely swimming pool with fine sun loungers. Nice seating area outside. Herbs etc present in the kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions. It is a good idea to rent a car to explore the area.

Fabulous villa, with everything we needed. Not over looked at all, the pool area is amazing! Philippe was always on hand if needed, and kept us in the loop at all times. Couple of bars restaurants within a 15 minutes walk.

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful home and equipped with every comfort. Everything was super clean and tidy. Very atmospheric and nicely decorated. We felt completely at home. It is located on a street that you can only walk through, so it is wonderfully quiet. Furthermore, everything is within reach by car. Highly recommended! :)

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not advised that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a pity, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment for a quiet and comfortable vacation.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, friendly people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Well-equipped spacious house. Wide garden with a great pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a supermarket where to buy basic things. It is 15 mins by car from the beach. Perfect if you're looking for quiet.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
