Francisco has been helpful at all times, his kindness has been exceptional. The house was spotless, it is also beautiful and the location unbeatable. We asked if they had a barbecue and were bothered to buy one so that we could enjoy it during our stay. If you have any questions or concerns, Francisco has resolved it to us at the moment with a lot of interest and availability. 100% recommended, we felt right at home. Thank you very much!!!!!!

This is a great place to stay. Our kids loved it so much that it was hard to make them go to the seaside. They preferred to stay at the house. Very clean house, a few steps fron the beach. Great terrace to spend the sunny days at the shadow. You can find everything that you need in the house. All the shops that you need are a few steps up the street. I highly recommend this to anyone who want to spend a few days at the lovely seaside in Spain.

Everything was as it was described. We had a lovely time and Rafaela was always on hand to help us. We can highly recommend staying with her. The place was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely come back. Thank you Rafaela.

First, the house was just as seen in the photos , although it is more worth being in the house. I was equipped with everything you need to spend your stay on the days you need . It is super well located for beach access. Borja, very attentive, kind , very communicative and decisive. The area , it is very quiet , very nice to walk around there. I highly recommend the house , in Borja as a person , the beach and the area. We wouldn't think about repeating!

We spend a very lovely week at the villa and Service of Alicia was extraordinary! Super fast answers and help in every form and way! The villa was clean and tidy as well. Every imaginable supply was already in the villa waiting for us.

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

Our family of 9 spend 2 wonderful weeks in Antonios villa We could not be any happier! Antonio was a great host and we had excellent communications. The villa is very nice and everyone enjoyed it. The highlight being the private pool which was great for the children and for cooling down the adults. There is a nice big covered/shaded seating area close by the pool was a favorite spot. We BBQed a lot after shopping nice meat at the market in Villajoyosa. The kitchen has everything you need and both washing machine and dishwasher it present. The villa is located in a nice quite area. There local beach is very nice and it can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The close by small supermarket has everything you need – including fresh bread (even on Sundays). There is 2 cafes close to the supermarket. There are even a few restaurant options close by. Alicante, El Campello, Villajoyosa and Benidorm can be easily reached by car or Tram (a 20 minute walk away). The self check-in is just brilliant with excellent instructions from Antonio. Everyone loved the vacation and sends a big “Thank you” to Antonio. Highly recommended

We went to celebrate my birthday and we were all delighted! Good location and very peaceful environment. We had everything we needed for the weekend, from services like the barbecue to bath towels! Jose Manuel is very friendly and attentive! We will definitely be coming back and recommend it!

We had an incredible weekend at this beautiful villa. The house was exactly as pictured: spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, was thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect for our group of 7, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the beach. We loved starting our mornings with a dip in the pool and relaxing in the evenings on the terrace. The foosball/billiard table and gas grill were great extras. Margarita and her husband were fantastic hosts, always available to help and even brought us extra gas for the grill. Their hospitality made our stay special. The house exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you, Margarita, for an amazing experience! We can’t wait to return!

We had a great weekend with my family. Plenty of utensils for large groups. The BBQ area and great pool, you can't ask for more. Luis, he was always looking forward to answer any concerns that might arise. We hope to repeat again. We would have liked to stay some more day.

A beautiful peaceful place to stay, with thoughtful amenities to make us feel at home. The view is calm and beautiful from both the roof and front balcony. The swimming pool was great. Beach is about 5-7mins walk. A lovely place for a family getaway!

The house and its beautiful terrace are big. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us the space we needed as we stayed for 4 weeks. Outside we had plenty of space to park our bikes, and spread the toys of our little one. The house is well maintained and you can see the owner takes care of it. Wi-Fi is perfect for remote workers. The location is great: quiet area, big and beautiful swimming pool, supermarkets and beach reachable quickly by bike, it was super easy to find a car park. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. What's missing? Maybe a dishwasher, a water boiler and some decorations on the wall, but we managed without them. Enrique is a 100% amazing owner. Communicative, humble, helpful... we feel home in his house because he cares for his visitors. He provides bedsheets and towels, kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning products. The house was very clean and we had very few insects inside. We really enjoyed staying there and we want to come back. Gracias Enrique!

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

Wonderful trip with a large group of friends. Comfortable villa with lots of space inside and out. Off street, secure parking. Kitchen well equipped to cook for everyone. Beach and coastal walking within 5 mins. We loved it.

We were on vacation in two families with two 6-year-olds and it was a perfect vacation. The house has direct access to the fine sandy beach with shallow sea. Direct access to the beach is priceless, and the sea view patio has the part where the table is mostly shaded for fresh lunches and dinners. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. Hector and Carlos are super helpful and kind.

The house is in an unbeatable location. Direct access to the beach The garden and patio is very spacious. The large pool and it's sunny since the morning. Zones with shadows also to be able to eat outside. The kitchen is also very spacious and has a large table where you can comfortably eat 10 people. There are several gates with exit to the garden.

Perfect stay, responsive host, well-equipped and as described. Lots of activities available and easily accessible thanks to the network of electric scooters and buses. I would recommend it!
