Francisco ha estado atento en todo momento, su amabilidad ha sido excepcional. La casa estaba impecable, además es preciosa y la ubicación inmejorable. Le preguntamos si tenían barbacoa y se molestaron en comprar una para que pudiéramos disfrutar de ella durante nuestra estancia. Cualquier duda o problema Francisco nos la ha resuelto al momento con muchísimo interés y disponibilidad para nosotros. 100% recomendable, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Muchas gracias!!!!!!

This is a great place to stay. Our kids loved it so much that it was hard to make them go to the seaside. They preferred to stay at the house. Very clean house, a few steps fron the beach. Great terrace to spend the sunny days at the shadow. You can find everything that you need in the house. All the shops that you need are a few steps up the street. I highly recommend this to anyone who want to spend a few days at the lovely seaside in Spain.

Alles was zoals het werd beschreven. We hadden een heerlijke tijd en Rafaela stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen. We kunnen een verblijf bij haar van harte aanbevelen. Het huis was voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. We komen zeker terug. Dankjewel Rafaela.

Excellent, notre séjour chez Maria bien que court était tout simplement parfait, l’accueil chaleureux , disponible même tard le soir, un logement bien équipé, propre et près de tout commerce, une bonne literie et un charmant jardin. Je recommande sans hésitation.

La casa está genial, súper equipada, completa, con todas las comodidades y muy limpio todo. Hemos pasado unos días geniales. La piscinita de la casa es una gozada!! Si podemos… volveremos!!

Primeramente, la casa era tal y como se ve en las fotos , aunque merece más la pena estar en la casa. Estaba equipada con lo necesario para pasar la estancia los días que se necesiten . Está súper bien ubicada para el acceso a la playa. Borja, muy atento, amable , muy comunicativo y resolutivo. La zona , es muy tranquila , muy agradable pasear por allí. Recomiendo mucho la casa , a Borja como persona , la playa y la zona. ¡No nos pensaríamos el repetir!

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Die Kinder liebten den Garten. Das Haus ist energieautark, deshalb kann man keine größeren Elektrogeräte verwenden, die Küche ist eher spartanisch eingerrichtet. Da es keine Heizung gibt kann es im Frühling am Abend im Haus etwas kälter werden, aber das wussten wir. Unbedingt warme Kleidung einpacken.

Ich durfte eine Woche zu Gast sein bei José und seiner Familie. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits und ist daher sehr ruhig. Ich konnte meine Zeit daher sehr genießen und endlich mal richtig entspannen. Insbesondere der Pool hat hier sehr geholfen. Auch ist in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. José hat mir bei Problemen immer helfen können und war stets für mich erreichbar. Ich würde es lieben wieder in der Unterkunft unterkommen zu können!

We spend a very lovely week at the villa and Service of Alicia was extraordinary! Super fast answers and help in every form and way! The villa was clean and tidy as well. Every imaginable supply was already in the villa waiting for us.

What can I say? We are coming back next year! A perfect location for a long weekend. On the beach close to the town, restaurants and shops. Idyllic. Thanks Rosario.

We were not sure if listing would be big enough but very surprised on arrival as it certainly was Host very helpful and lots of information left for the area and amenities Towels and linin supplied plus a welcome basket which was a nice touch Everything we needed in kitchen to prepare meals Excellent large freezer and fridge Lots of outdoor seating Pool spotless Would certainly return if we going to San Miguel again

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y quedamos todos encantados! Buena ubicación y entorno muy tranquilo. Disponíamos de todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana, desde los servicios como el de barbacoa hasta ropa de baño! Jose Manuel muy amable y atento! Repetiremos y recomendamos sin duda!

We had an incredible weekend at this beautiful villa. The house was exactly as pictured: spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, was thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect for our group of 7, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the beach. We loved starting our mornings with a dip in the pool and relaxing in the evenings on the terrace. The foosball/billiard table and gas grill were great extras. Margarita and her husband were fantastic hosts, always available to help and even brought us extra gas for the grill. Their hospitality made our stay special. The house exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you, Margarita, for an amazing experience! We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful peaceful place to stay, with thoughtful amenities to make us feel at home. The view is calm and beautiful from both the roof and front balcony. The swimming pool was great. Beach is about 5-7mins walk. A lovely place for a family getaway!

The house and its beautiful terrace are big. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us the space we needed as we stayed for 4 weeks. Outside we had plenty of space to park our bikes, and spread the toys of our little one. The house is well maintained and you can see the owner takes care of it. Wi-Fi is perfect for remote workers. The location is great: quiet area, big and beautiful swimming pool, supermarkets and beach reachable quickly by bike, it was super easy to find a car park. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. What's missing? Maybe a dishwasher, a water boiler and some decorations on the wall, but we managed without them. Enrique is a 100% amazing owner. Communicative, humble, helpful... we feel home in his house because he cares for his visitors. He provides bedsheets and towels, kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning products. The house was very clean and we had very few insects inside. We really enjoyed staying there and we want to come back. Gracias Enrique!

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

Wonderful trip with a large group of friends. Comfortable villa with lots of space inside and out. Off street, secure parking. Kitchen well equipped to cook for everyone. Beach and coastal walking within 5 mins. We loved it.

Eravamo in vacanza in due famiglie con due bambini di 6 anni ed è stata una vacanza perfetta. La casa ha un accesso diretto sulla spiaggia di sabbia fine con mare poco profondo. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia è impagabile, inoltre il patio vista mare ha la parte dove c’è il tavolo per lo più ombreggiato per pranzi e cene al fresco. La cucina è spaziosa ed accessoriata. Hector e Carlos sono super disponibili e gentili.

La casa está en una ubicación inmejorable. Salida directa a la playa. El jardín y patio es muy amplio. La piscina grande y le da el sol desde la mañana. Zonas con sombras también para poder comer afuera. La cocina también es muy amplia y tiene una mesa grande donde poder comer cómodamente 10 personas. Hay varias puertas con salida al jardín.

La estancia en la casa de José Antonio ha sido fantástica :) La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. La zona exterior dispone de varias zonas acondicionadas que se pueden disfrutar a lo largo de todo el día. En el interior de la casa no le falta detalla, desde un confortable salón, a 2 baños (1 planta baja y 1 en la 1ª planta), 4 dormitorios!!! y una cocina totalmente equipada (con acceso directo al patio). La ubicación de la vivienda es muy buena, en una calle tranquila, con fácil acceso y aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Está cerca de todo, pudiendo visitar los pueblos y puntos interesantes de la Bahía de Mazarrón, así como el Puerto de Mazarrón o incluso, andando, una buena playa (menos de 5 minutos). Totalmente recomendable!!!

Séjour parfait, hôte réactif, logement bien équipé et conforme à la description. Beaucoup d’activités disponibles et facilement accessibles grâce au réseau de trottinettes électriques et de bus. Je recommande !
