Está situado a 17 MINUTOS del castillo de Santa Barbara y17' CAMINANDO de la playa Postiguet. El barrio está rodeado de restaurantes y todo tipo de comercios, a 6 calles de un Gran centro comercial. Está muy bien comunicado con autobuses y Tram. Posibilidad de alquilar parking cercano.
