Excellent location, right near shops and restaurants. Very easy walk to the beach. Always Ubers within a minute to get rides to other areas of town when needed. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is older but in good condition and clean. This is a very good spot for a relaxing few days with easy access to anything you want in San Jose.

This place was just what I wanted to enjoy my birthday-per request- clean and safe ! It was beautiful inside and out. They respond almost immediately. The view to the backyard patio is absolutely . The air conditioning blows ALASKA AIR , you’ll love it. It was a paradise tucked away, for an insane deal. Close and convenient to all local tourist things. And the AIRPORT :) ! Just things we noticed… no iron , so take your clothes out the suitcase as soon as you arrive LOL! They were doing construction right next to our unit, that we were not aware or prepared for. So, have an early itinerary- to miss the noise and little commotion. The shower head does not turn much, it’s a straight down waterfall type of thing ! Overall though, I loved it and would definitely return ! Thank you all . My birthday was beautiful !!!

This was the perfect experience for us. Easy to book, exactly as advertised, with all the amenities we wanted. Perfect location as we could walk to everything. The beach was close. The host was easy to communicate with and great with suggestions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jahzeel's place, who was always attentive to our needs and suggested places to visit. The apartment has a very good location, in an area of easy access and from which it is possible to move towards the center of San José del Cabo and also towards the different beaches and tourist areas. The unit in which it is located is very well cared for, with native vegetation, pleasant spaces that attract birds and are accessed from both the front of the depto and the back. Inside, it is a small and beautiful space, very well distributed and very well equipped. We feel like it's the first time we've found everything we ever needed in an Airbnb listing. The furniture, utensils, sheets, towels, everything is in very good condition and comfortable. In short, a great experience.
