The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Great place to stay whilst exploring Alta Badia. The flat has everything you need for a week or so. Very clean and tidy, handy garage parking and great hosts. Would recommend.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful — surrounded by nature and right next to a charming little farm. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet countryside. Lorenza is a very kind and welcoming host who made us feel right at home. One of our favorite Airbnbs. The location was very central to all the hikes around Cortina d’Ampezzo, the house was so homey and well stocked and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Roberta was also very responsive whenever we had questions and when we needed help to do laundry. Will definitely book this Airbnb again when we come back!

If you like peace and quiet in the Dolomites this is the ideal location. The apartment was excellent for our family. Sabrina is very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We travelled a lot, but also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Thank you

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, with its varied design and beautiful corners for lingering, invites you to explore, and the natural swimming pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you very much for letting us help ourselves so much! Place was absolutely stunning from the brand new kitchen to the wood back lit vaulted ceilings to the stunning views and the incredible location. Easy access was a bonus and the host was very responsive to all my stupid questions.

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Olimpia is a very thoughtful and helpful host. This sweet, cozy condo was perfect for my family’s stay in Cortina. We loved the proximity to everything in town (it is walkable within a few minutes) and all the hikes we wanted to do. We loved the condo and its decor, which is new, pretty and perfect for a mountain town. As I mentioned before, Olimpia is a fantastic host with lots of input and help. I would definitely stay in her home again.

Wonderful stay in Bressanone! Friedrich was very kind, he came to pick us up at the station and welcomed us with great helpfulness. The apartment is very central, modern, very clean and with a breathtaking view of the river, mountains and historic centre. Perfectly accessible even for people with disabilities: no steps, you can easily reach the 5th floor with the lift. We suggest providing a map to help guests navigate the complex (it's a bit labyrinthine at first) and perhaps adding a toaster, which is useful for many tourists. During an exceptional heat wave, we noticed the absence of air conditioning, contrary to what was indicated: there is only a ventilation system that does not keep the temperature stable. Minor details: otherwise, everything is great. Highly recommended!

Laura was a very responsive host, proactively communicating and sharing tips for our travel and check-in. The apartment was super super clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We also worked from the apartment which was easy thanks to the spacious kitchen and dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. The instructions on where to park were very detailed and it was extremely helpful to have a cold parking spot in the garage. 10/10 would visit again! 😊

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful accommodation located on the first floor above a pizzeria that allows you to eat until late. Very nice apartment, Hannes welcomed us and even helped us by asking the restaurant below if we could leave the car in the car park since we were only staying one night! He even surprised us by leaving us sausage, wine and homemade honey! Very kind of him! I recommend it 100% you will not be disappointed! I'll come back if I'm in the area! Super nice!
