this is a great place in the middle of Brescia. very walkable, close to the metro and many great restaurants. there is a bit of noise from the street in the mornings but that is to be expected in a lively central area. the best part is that Giancarlo and Luisa are so incredibly friendly and so helpful. we were new to Italy and didn't know anyone in the city and they really helped us out. the manager sara has been wonderful to.

Very comfortable accommodation, kitchen equipped with everything you need, very comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness. I was able to park in the inner courtyard of the house. Very helpful and kind hosts!

Kind and available on schedules, the apartment is new and comfortable. The area is quiet with the possibility of parking under the house. In a few minutes you are in Brescia or comfortable for a ride in Franciacorta. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back for the next Bresciano trip
