Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cortez

Our family decided to go to Anna Maria Island to celebrate my oldest graduating high school. It was by far the best, most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Everything about the location, atmosphere, walking distance to the beach, and especially the home was perfect! Ashley was a great host, kind a responsive, and provided the exact replica of the picture perfect home you see listed. Thank you for this much needed slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely gorgeous and it had everything we needed and more. We were able to see manatees and we got to see a couple of dolphins at sunset on our last night. The pool was perfect! The hosts were very helpful and were quickly to respond to questions. We did not want to leave and look forward to coming back.

Great place to stay, minutes from downtown and the IMG academy was a straight shot from the house. Would definitely recommend

This is our second time staying at Between the Tides. Lea’s place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Anna Maria island. Our family loves the location and affordability of this cozy airbnb. It’s very quiet and we have all the amenities we needed for our Florida vacation. This is our second year booking with Vanessa & Nicole. This has become mine and my family’s favorite spot now to stay when visiting Anna Marie and we always have such a hard time when it’s time to leave. This home has everything you need and then some! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking/baking. Plenty of towels for the pool/beach, as well as lots of blankets and plenty of seating in the home. The beds and pillows are so comfy! We loved having dinner on the patio and my kids absolutely loved the pool! It was perfect to cool off in after a day on the boat! My big boys loved the bikes and even rode them to the 711 and comic book store and tried their hand in kayaking too with the kayaks also provider. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you again for letting us stay in your home and we cannot wait to come back!

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had clearly been thought through. The neighborhood was charming and safe, we appreciated being on the canal and being able to bring our boat. But what truly made this stay special were the hosts. John and Paulina were incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly (without being intrusive at all). We're coming back for sure!

Claudia’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at while visiting AMI. The home was beautiful and the master bedrooms en suite felt like your own personal spa! If you’re traveling with babies or toddlers there is no safety fence around the pool, but there are alarms on every door leading out to the pool area. Claudia was very accommodating and even let us to check in early which allowed us to have a whole extra day to enjoy the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend booking with Claudia!

Trish was super helpful with everything we needed. She had space for 2 vehicles plus our huge boat! Thank you Trish!!! The house is easy walking distance to Bradenton Beach, just over the Cortez bridge which also has a bike friendly path. The hot tub is best described as a small swimming pool. It does take time to get it warmed up. It has wonderful surfaces to set your drinks and was the reason we selected Trish's place. The kitchen had space to put our own supplies (HURRAY) and was functional. Both drip coffee and Keurig machines available, both with supplies. There were enough towels! There were beach towels! and to make it even better, it is a short walk to a lovely local seafood shack style restaurant right on the water. Also another great restaurant a few blocks away, 3 minutes on bikes, that was open later with live music!!!

Christina was such a sweetheart. She was very kind, accommodating, and giving. I would stay here again.

I stayed at Jeremy's for about a week and had a great experience! The property is just as it is described, and the keyless entry is easy. I picked it for the location as I have family that lives nearby and I was able to walk down the Pinellas trail which is just about a block away. As for food, I found a nice cafe around the corner (Wildflower) which is really good. The property is super clean, nice kitchen, and comfy bed. Excellent communication with Jeremy/Mia. I would definitely stay here again!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s condo in Bradenton. It was very clean, updated, quiet,and spacious with great amenities in the complex. We highly recommend this rental to couples or families. Daniel also provided perfect communication and local recommendations. Very convenient area with great access to grocery and 15 minutes to beaches at Anna Maria Island.
