Casa 53 is a relaxing adults only 2 bedroom holiday home with a beautiful garden and large roof terrace. There is a lovely shared pool opposite the property for cooling down after a hot day in the sun at one of the many stunning beaches. There are supermarkets including a Lidl just 10 mins walk away and cafes, bars, shops and a taxi rank just 5 mins walk. The vibrant town centre is about 25 min walk and leads down to a beautiful harbour in the old town which is perfect for sipping cocktails!

Everything Rosalia has to offer has the 'WOW' factor. Centrally located, beach front, uninterrupted views, stylish, contemporary you name it! The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a frontline complex complete with lift, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (one ensuite to the master bedroom). Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with all mod-cons. There is an interior staircase leading you to a large roof terrace, complete with kitchenette, gas BBQ, sunbathing area and amazing views.

Our beach front upstairs holiday let is situated in a peaceful complex of 11 apartments. The apartment sits on the south side and gets sun all day long as well as being protected from the wind. Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat, with an open plan kitchen/ living room. Its an ideal place for nudists as its close to the little bays and coves north of Cotillo village. A lovely place to watch the sunset set and very peaceful away from the crowds.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located in the center of Lajares in Fuerteventura. NOTE: Pool closed from 01-16-2023 to 01-31-2023 for maintenance.
