Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo ed elegante in posizione centrale. L’appartamento è a 200 metri dal centro di fianco ad un ameno parco. Lo stabile in cui è situato l’appartamento dispone di un verdeggiante cortile con un cancello elettrico dove parcheggiare macchine o biciclette in sicurezza. L’appartamento è costituito da un piccolo ingresso, un’ ampia cucina abitabile ben equipaggiata, salotto con spazio di lavoro, spaziosa camera da letto e bagno con doccia e lavatrice.

Melograno's House is located in the center of Bologna, inside the historic building that was once home to Giosuè Carducci, in a charming setting perfectly integrated into the city center. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, two single beds in the spacious living room, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a small courtyard, and a small study with very strong Wi-Fi. Ideal for families or groups of friends!

We are located in a wonderful 1960s villa, renovated and divided into apartments. The very large space is located on the ground floor: it consists of a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom (double + single in annexed space) and three large bathrooms. Outdoor patio with dining table and fenced garden. Ideal for groups and families. We are located in a beautiful, very green residential area, consisting of villas in sequence each with its own park.
