Mareuil sur Lay, a small town in the Vendée region, crossed by its rivers, between nature and the sea. Beach 30 min, Puy du Fou 45 min, La Rochelle 45 min, hiking nearby... You will be staying in the oldest town house in Mareuil, dating back to 1617... renovated in 2010, and refurbished by me in a workshop style You are in the town centre with all amenities within walking distance Cottage run by an upcycling creator, the interior decoration changes according to my creations and the possibility of visiting the workshop.

The pool area and its deckchairs at the bottom of the garden and for the more athletic and brave… punching ball, darts, basketball hoop and ping pong table are at your disposal.

The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.
