Cosy Casita (tiny house) with free parking

The newly converted Cosy Casita (small house) has it's own private entrance, enclosed private patio and unique BBQ. It is detached from our family home and it is situated in a quiet residential street 2 mins drive away from Broadstone town where there are various supermarkets (Tescos, Marks and Spencer), restaurants & bars. It is stylishly decorated with modern twists and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy. Accommodation is on one level other than a small step into bed area.

Great for Dorset and coast - private accommodation

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. High speed WiFi, central heating, off road parking (subject to vehicle size).

Large & Sunny Apartment Boscombe, Bournemouth

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
