Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cordova, Memphis

You have a lovely home. It’s not just beautiful but very cozy and feels like home. We were soo happy to stay at your wonderful house. The backyard is gorgeous you did it soo beautifully . That swing is amazing. Our parents loved sitting there and just relaxing. Everything in the house is well equipped and does not need anything to add . We felt like we never left home it was soo comfortable . Thank you for providing us with a such a lovely home. A & O

Zach and Maxwell's place was just perfect for our needs. It is a beautifully remodeled home in the Central Gardens Historic District, and importantly to us, close to Rhodes College. Zach checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. He was very responsive and courteous. We were grateful to have the use of the garage. This helped us move our daughter out of the dorm and keep the car packed overnight. The home was modernly furnished and had all the amenities we needed (for a family of 5). The staircase had lights that allowed us to travel downstairs easily at night. I particularly enjoyed the record player and old Elvis albums! My mother enjoyed sitting in the backyard with a book and looking at the plants. The home is close to a variety of restaurants as well as a Kroger's, if you choose to cook. If you are traveling to Memphis, this is the perfect home for you!

This is beautiful home with more space than the pictures can show. Very comfortable up and down stairs. Extremely responsive host and so easy to work with. A few short minutes to Cooper Young were all the great restaurants are. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very cute house! Pro: Great location, kind host, spacious house, amazing backyard! Cons: Airplanes (right by main airport we found out after we booked) , trains, and police sirens all day and night! No closets available to hang up my good clothing, only dresser drawers. Stray cats on the porch every morning when we left. (Not a bother for me as I love animals lol) And last couldn’t sit on the chairs on the porch as they were badly stained from weather.

The stay was great! All the amenities were amazing and so useful for the long weekend stay we had in Memphis! Thank you so much, and we would consider this house again in a heartbeat if/when we’re back in the city!

My son and his family stayed here for the weekend. They said it was very nice and perfect for them. They mistakenly left a few items. Alfred worked with me to retrieve the items. Totally recommend this location!

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

This was one of the best AirBnB experience we've ever had. Everything was super clean and every room had its own unique feel. The house had everything you could think of and anything you didn't think of that you might need. highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay just outside the city but close enough to get to downtown easily.

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. This was a cute and private apartment in an older part of town. Finding it and getting inside were easy - the instructions were very helpful. The space was uncluttered and almost spartan. It looked like the photos but could use a few extra cozy details. I had what I needed, but I felt a few things were missing that might be needed by others. There was no bath mat in the bathroom and only 4 spoons and 4 butter knives in the kitchen. The apartment smelled like smoke, even though it is against their rules. The odor was not strong enough to badly bother my allergies or cause headaches. Also, in terms of safety, when I opened the windows upon check-out, as requested, I found that a window next to the bed was unlocked. If you visit this air bnb, expect a clean and simple place with bare necessities.

Emily and Drew are such a great host, The apartment is beautiful, Nice in and out and i recommend anyone visiting memphis to check it out. One great thing about this place is that it is close to everything downtown. I will stay here again anytime

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!

Wonderful stay. Location was perfect for us to visit museums, halls of fame, etc. Walked to the sights. The layout was great for two couples, esp since one person had a desk for some work. We would certainly stay here again.
