Ron went above and beyond what was listed! He was easy to get in touch with and very personable. If I'm ever back in the area this will be my first choice!

This was one of the best AirBnB experience we've ever had. Everything was super clean and every room had its own unique feel. The house had everything you could think of and anything you didn't think of that you might need. highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay just outside the city but close enough to get to downtown easily.

Bridget and Preston's house is wonderful in a cul-de-sac so on though traffic with all the facilities you could ask for, not far from all Memphis has to offer. The outdoor space is nice with comfortable seating, bbq and heated pool. Overall, this is a lovely place and I would highly recommend.

Tim was a great host. He responded very promptly. I was looking for place with short notice and was able to book my reservation smoothly, timely and hassle free. Tim also gives you good references on food and attractions which was helpful! :)

This is a perfect stay for those traveling alone for business or just a getaway. Very quiet and peaceful area. The host is always responsive and understanding. You probably won’t want to rent any other unit after you stay here.

Very quaint and private space. Walkable to lots of bars and restaurants in midtown. We loved our stay!

✨LOVED my stay! Omgosh the decor is v much aesthetically pleasing, the kitchen is well-stocked, the w/d, the location (w/ off-street parking), and all so clean .... but the bedroom was 💛🙌🙌🙌💛! The bed itself, the pillows, the bedding, the two bedside light fixtures, the ceiling fan, the big TV, the darkening curtain, geesh I never wanted to leave!!! I will most definitely stay again, thanks y'all 🙏

This place was amazing. Perfect place to get away to with your boo. Very clean, centrally located to a lot of things. I would definitely book this place again.

Mark is the Ultimate ambassador for Memphis, so helpful and caring about your stay. There is much more to Memphis than we expected but I will leave it up to Mark to be your tour guide as he enjoys it so much. The location is perfect for exploring downtown only 10 min away, with beautiful gardens at the house and a nice park you can walk to nearby. The unit we stayed in was very welcoming and cozy below the main house, which has been beautifully remodeled with the rich flavor of the past. We would definitely return on our next visit to Memphis!

Amazingly quiet, close to the action, definitely not luxurious but absolutely satisfactory and a terrific value. If you are nostalgic for dorm life, this is your spot. High rec if you want to save money on lodging and spend it on delicious food. This area of Memphis feels safe and the entire city is friendly and welcoming.

I initially didn’t realize the apartment for rent was a hotel room, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy and great the location was to find/check into and stay! Trey was so thoughtful and responsive with all communication, it was nice to have such a personable experience for a hotel stay.

When i think back about the loft... i keep coming out with 2 words... Extremely Charming... Followed by Sooo Comfortable, and then there's THE location.. If you are there to get some Downtown Memphis.. It is ridiculous how convenient you are to it all. It makes no sense. Do yourself a favor... . if its available.. grab it.. because it won't be long. I absolutely loved the space!! And AJ was amazing. Definitely comfy and had an at home feel! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Overall the space is a 10/10!

Jamey's place was great. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything in Midtown is easy to get to from here. Overton Park was a couple of blocks away, which was convenient for walking the dog. Abyssinia Ethiopian restaurant is within walking distance, and has delicious food.

Excellent location for the must do's in Memphis. Steps to trolley, easy walk to Beale Street or the Riverwalk.

Amit’s place was just as described. It was spotless! It’s also only 1.5 miles from Beale Street, which was an absolute plus! The neighborhood is very quiet, which was also a plus! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Memphis!
