Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

Even if it was raining the whole day during our stay but we still enjoyed it. Binge watching netflix series and lounging in the comfy bed was all worth it. Ara's place is highly recommended. 👍👍👍👌

This might just be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far. The location is peaceful, and I really appreciate how the locals and tourists blend so well in the area. It actually reminded me of where I stayed in Hong Kong last year, which I also loved. The room smells fresh and clean, and I thought the “honesty store” was a brilliant touch! Just make sure to list what you take and settle your payment afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely book again. The unit was in a convenient location and matched the photos in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages. Although we had issues with the toilet as the flush won't work. Overall, our stay was great!

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Felt like a home. From kitchen, to bedroom, & bathroom. It feels so safe even though it’s a self check in. We enjoyed our stay. The host is very responsive and understanding. I really love the bathroom!!!! The heater, and everything about it. (they have a plant inside the bathroom ++ they include toilet paper, A FINALLY TOILET PAPER for me. In other condominiums I stayed here in cebu they lack of it.) Loved the place. We came there clean, so we also clean it before leaving. Highly recommended! 😊

I really enjoyed my stay. I was surprised to see the view. I was working overnight on my laptop and just sat there by the window. I wish I could stay longer. But I know now where to stay next time. ❤️

Definitely a bang for the buck. Sir John's home was very cozy— indeed, a home away from home! Even though an unexpected issue arose, he handled it very quickly and professionally. He was also very responsive and very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the gifts ❤️ We 1000/10 recommend Sir John's home to those who want to visit Cebu!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

This was our second stay, and it’s clear why we keep coming back. The space is spotless and peaceful, but it’s Philip’s thoughtful hospitality that really stands out. The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It felt cozy and welcoming, just as we hoped. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, which prevented us from using it to wash dishes (I felt bad leaving them unwashed). However, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our concerns. It’s completely understandable that their maintenance staff wasn’t available due to the holiday. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the space. Highly recommend! 😊

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
