At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Our "ruin", as we call it, has been tastefully renovated. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the Audubon marshes, nature lovers, you will stay in a little piece of heaven, in peace. This ideally located accommodation is 10 minutes from Zenith de Saint-Herblain, 15 minutes from Nantes city center and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Baule. Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Guest Houses

Studio of 30 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a convenience store, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed. La Petite Grange has been transformed into a charming cottage, combining comfort and elegance. For lovers of authenticity, you can come and spend a timeless moment in the heart of the countryside, close to the Nantes-La Baule axis. You can enjoy the city of Nantes or explore the Atlantic coast. A private spa is at your disposal. Breakfast and a bottle of fine bubbly are offered for the first night.

The Mademoiselle Causeuse Room – Independent Access

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover.
