En contrebas d'un petit village, vous êtes en proximité de notre petit parc animalier (chèvre naine, lapins, oies, canards, poules) , dans un environnement calme. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

This spacious and comfortable 65 m2 apartment located in the heart of the old town of Annecy consists of a large bedroom with a 160 bed, a living room with two sofa beds (160 × 200 and 90 x 190 for children only), a large kitchen with bay window offering stunning views of Place Sainte Claire. You will also have a large walk-in shower, separate toilet and laundry facilities. You will have a parking space in the condominium's underground parking lot.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
