Villa holiday rentals in Coral Bay

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d love to come back for another visit!

The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and as expected. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Coral Beach. The space was perfect for two young families with two babies. Due to availability our stay was split between two villas and they were both great. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions and dealing with issues and sent someone to fix the AC within hours of me communicating the issue. The furniture is very slightly dated and the first villa was a bit short on utensils/ cooking equipment but these were very minor issues.

From my answers you can see that we were completely satisfied. It is enough far from the main road and not too far from the beach. Simply ideal. Good restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. We had a nice time despite slightly cooler temperatures and can only recommend this property. We're really thinking about going again. What you could do even better would be to increase the water pressure in the showers and repair the burner on the gas stove in front left. It works, but not right. Refrigerator door sometimes opened when you didn't close with pressure. It would be nice if you didn't have to buy charcoal and lighter yourself or it would have a gas grill. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

We booked this villa for our wedding week. We also booked the one next door for our friends travelling for our wedding. The villa was clean but was lacked some basics. However, it was never stated in the description that these would be provided. Christos was very responsive and I’m sure had we contacted him for some essentials, he would have provided them no problem, we just decided to purchase these. As previous reviews have stated the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Again, this was expected from past reviews and I could tell this myself from the look of photos. When I asked for an extra duvet to layer up this was provided quickly and hassle free! Fitted with an alarm and CCTV which provided great peace of mind as I was concerned with some past reviews of break ins. The villa is very close walking distance to the beach, Coral Bay strip, bus stop. Christos was also extremely helpful when asking for a later check out. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!

Our second stay and as with the first it was great. Demetris was waiting for us even though we arrived around 1am and happily showed us around - he left food and drinks so we didn’t have to rush out to the shops in the morning. It’s a lovely area and very central. Would highly recommend!

The stay at this villa was lovely. The place is very calm, ideal for resting from city bustle. The villa is spacious, very clean and tidy, with all amenities – fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, terrace with outdoor furniture. The pool is clean and perfectly maintained, it was so much fun both to refresh in the day and have a quiet time in the evening. Also really enjoyed the outdoor grill – we baked food in the evenings and had a cozy time with our family. In just a few minutes walking you can reach some wild beaches – quiet, peaceful environment, clear water, few people. Amazing views from the terrace, especially in the evening when you can see the spectacular sunsets over the sea. With a car, the sights are easily accessible. Communication with the hosts was clear and smooth. We were very satisfied – would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and quality retreat!

Loved the house and the location. The small beach was easily accessible, though you need to learn a route into the sea to avoid pebbles and rocks. It was still exactly what we love… private! You can see the busy Coral Bay directly opposite, as it’s the next beach and it was full of fun and games if that’s what your after. Loved our stay thank you Ksenia, and lovely Victoria.

Very clean and spacious villa. It looks as it does in the photos and is perfect for a large group of couples. Host is also very responsive. Definitely recommend.

The place was very clean and George was friendly. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Sarah's place was just great and nothing was missing. The highlight is the view from the terrace, because you can enjoy the sunset there every evening. Sarah was also quick to help us with every question. Overall, you can be more than satisfied with this accommodation.

An incredible place that completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shady spots under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive thing is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every look you discover something new. The kitchen and living room area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I'd come back anytime.

The house and the location were sensational. Andreas and Tina are really warm and responsive and gave us a ton of good recommendations. They even left some groceries and wine for us and were interesting to chat with. The house is great! Big rooms, very very clean (and we love a clean bathroom!). Each room has an en-suite bathroom which makes sharing easy. The kitchen is well-set and the tv has Netflix which made the kids happy. The pool is big and the super nice views are quite pretty. And it’s like 3 min from great beaches and restaurants!

Host was very helpful and quick to respond. It was thoughtful to arrive having the basics for us milk l, bread, coffee, fruit, cereal, wine, beers, water etc. The view from the pool was outstanding and lovely to wake up to. A great pool for the kids and was very clean. It’s not far to drive to anywhere but need a car. There are neighbourhood dogs that bark a lot but it wouldn’t put us off coming here again. Are looking forward to coming back and would recommend to friends. We had an enjoyable 2 weeks didn’t want to leave. Thanks Georgio

Although we, unfortunately, couldn’t make it to the villa due to an unexpected situation, she went above and beyond to support us — with compassion, flexibility, and constant availability for any question we had. Her understanding and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant the world to us, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests. We can’t wait for the opportunity to finally stay at her beautiful villa, and we’re so grateful for everything. Highly recommended — both the host and the place!

We loved staying at Myria’s! It was the perfect space for our family while we visited family in Paphos. It was spacious and clean and we loved the backyard. The pool stayed fairly warm but we were also there in July so that was to be expected with the high temps and we were still able to enjoy it. We would gladly come back and stay at the house or recommend it to others

We had a fantastic stay! The Villa was exactly as described – very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the sea and close to the amazing restaurant Porto Antico, yet still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel very welcome from the start. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

The villa was super nice and large, there were four of us and had a lot of space and could spread us well. The roof terrace was the highlight with a very nice view of the sea. Beautiful clean pool that we like to jump into,nice large and clean rooms,upstairs there were two rooms each with their own bathroom and downstairs there was still enough space. The location was super just walking down the street and there were many good restaurants and shopping opportunities. Unfortunately, we could not meet the owner in person, but the communication was very friendly and all questions were also answered quickly. All in one we had a very nice stay.

An amazing week in Ute’s place. Spacious villa, clean and well equipped. The pool was amazing too. A good location, approx 20 minute walk to ‘the strip’ where there are some great restaurants and bars. Cant wait to visit again!

We had the best time at this villa and both hosts were amazing at responding and helping us before we arrived. Friendly hosts and spotless and stunning villa, we will absolutely be back! Hardly any bugs, not a single ant and flawless views even from the shower! Smart TV in the lounge and bedroom, good water pressure, it is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in! It was worth every penny! Thank you Constantinos and Imario for a wonderful experience

Clear instructions, quick response times and always friendly. The place is beautiful with nice sea view. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean and with appealing interior design.
