Villa holiday rentals in Cyprus

Loved our stay. Very spacious and clean. Host answered all queries very quickly. Shame there was building work going on so closely and a building sign blocked some of the magnificent view. Local site restaurant had shut down just before we arrived but we were able to take a short stroll to the neighbouring site restaurant. I enjoyed a spa treatment on site and the staff were lovely. We seemed to be adopted by a local cat which joined us when we relaxed out by the pool. Will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Kate’s villa! It had everything we needed for a week’s stay and the photos don’t do it justice - the villa is huge and the outdoor area is private and spacious. Not to mention the views are stunning! We walked into the bay with our daughter who’s 4 and although there’s a bit of a hill it’s more than doable. Highly recommend x

It was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. The location, quietness, architecture, and amenities of the house were really great. You can reach the host almost 24/7, which is a big advantage. Everything was very good except for the hot water problem in just one bathroom and the faucet malfunction in the WC. Overall, my rating for this home is 9

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

This place is magnificent in every sense of this word. We loved it, to stay there, to come back after side exploring.The light breeze ,the view, the house and the garden with all facilities, the terrace,all very stylefull designed , with love to details.And the privacy!!!We enjoyed every moment of staying there. Special highlight for us was Marshall Stanmore(🤩), wich made us to enjoy the sunsets with outstanding sound!! Our hosts are lovely people, easy to communicate with. We had a great stay at Frank’s villa. It had good amenities and we did a barbecue dinner. The pool area is very relaxing and the lounge area next to it is a great spot to spend the evening with friends. Definitely recommend. Its in a good location, private villa complex, and the beautiful beaches are a few minutes by car away. We hope to come back soon.

Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. Many thanks for hosting us!

We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

This place was amazing and perfect for our large family to get together and have a holiday. The place was as described and clean and had everything we needed. Lior was quick to respond to any queries and sort things out. The villa is close by to the sea with only a 5min drive, and short drive into central Limassol where restaurants and bars etc are. Will definitely return here!

Amazing and peaceful location. Perfect for a short drive to some of the best beaches, and a great village close by with restaurants that is within walking distance. Home itself was cozy with a great design and very well kept. We really enjoyed the pool! Host is super helpful and a great guy!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Absolutely fabulous pool and out door area for a family to enjoy It's worth hiring a car but only £15 euros into Aya Napa if you want to go out out We requested a high chair and cot for our 9 months old grandchild and they sorted it out for us no problem The beds were changed for us also pool was cleaned 2 times while we were staying. They let us pay the deposit in uk pounds and gave it back to us in full no problem Highly recommend I would defo stay again Thanks so much Christina for helping us for all our needs

A lovely place to explore Cyprus! It’s essential to have a car though, especially during off-season when all the restaurants in the neighborhood are closed. The next supermarket is a 15-min drive es well. The house is like it looked on the pictures and perfect for a family holiday, as it has 3 double rooms and a room with 2 single beds. We stayed there with our parents and loved it! The ocean is very close (just 2 min by foot) which is very nice. Maria was very responsive and a welcoming host, always helping out when we had trouble getting the water hot for example and couldn’t manage the heater. All in all, I would definitely book it again.

The view is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed sitting out in the evening and watching the sun set into the sea! The place is spotless and recently renovated. The outside space is the biggest attraction everything you could possibly want from a Villa.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.
