There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen is united with living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.Outside you can find a big umbrella with a table. A barbeque and pots with flowers. Also the parking area is private. The swimming pool is in the middle of the yard.

Less than 10 minutes walk from all amenities and yet in a secluded cul de sac in a private estate. Car hire not needed(free delivery from local supermarket). There is no swimming pool. The beach is one minute walk from villa, the biggest pool in Paphos, the Mediterranean Sea!

We mostly rent privately which is why we have few guest reviews on AirBnB . All our repeat private guests for 12 years love the location because it is quiet, no traffic, no noisy tourists and beautiful for walking in the hills.
