Beachfront holiday rental in Coral Bay

It was great location, with wiew and close to the see. It is fully equippt.

I had a very nice short-term retreat at the property. The area is quiet and tranquile with nice garden and a pool area with great views of the Coral Bay area. The property is very clean and looked after. The owner was helpful and arranged an easy check-in despite same day booking, and the same goes for the check-out too. Overall a fantastic holiday property that I will gladly come back to in the future.

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

great spacious house in a great location. good sized personal use pool that is not over looked. House was clean, beds comfy, 3 showers/bathrooms to help with bigger groups. Peaceful but close enough to restrraunts and bars if you want them. Nice views from the roof terrace, great stay and will be back!

We have stayed at the villa twice now and had a great time. The hosts are responsive to any issues, but not intrusive at all. The location is great in a nice development with Legends restaurant and shops closeby for evryday essentials and handy for the 615 bus if you want to get to Coral bay or Paphos without driving.

Katherine’s villa is the perfect place for a relaxing break. It’s located a very easy walk from an amazing beach and has everything you need for a great stay. The villa is exactly how it is presented on the site. I would book again without a second’s hesitation!

We just spent a month at this lovely home in Paphos and absolutely loved it! The home is clean, spacious, and extremely well-equipped for a long stay, it had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. The private garden and covered veranda were a highlight for us, offering a peaceful space to relax at any time of day. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the sea, close to a large supermarket (Lidl), bus stop, and lots of local amenities. The communal pool and green areas in the complex are beautifully maintained and added to the overall relaxing vibe. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and having private parking was super convenient. The home easily fit our family of three (could comfortably host six), and having multiple bathrooms made everything smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Paphos, whether for a week or a month like we did. Would love to return!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Such a good experience! We needed an alternative quickly cause of a problem at the previous Airbnb and Dovi answered right away, making the check-in a breeze. The apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped. The neighborhood has walkable restaurants, bars and sights. Bus stop and free parking are right out front. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

Wir durften 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Unterkunft bei Diana bleiben. Sie war super sauber und wirklich schön. Wir hatten einen super Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Restaurant waren direkt bei uns, und man hat ca 40 min zu Fuß zur Stadt gebraucht. Ein kleiner Busbahnhof war in 15 min erreichbar, mit dem man für 2€ überall hinfahren kann. Zum Strand nach Venus Beach braucht man nur 10 min. Rinn Lidl gibt es auch, der sich auf dem Weg zum Strand befindet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es war eine Reise nach Pafos wert, denn alles war wunderbar. ☺️

Had an amazing stay here for 5 days with friends. The villa has everything you need and was even better than the pictures. The villa is in a well kept complex of private villas which was very quiet and secure. There is a local supermarket 2 min walk away and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a break away with space for four mature ladies in a place to accommodate us all. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything we needed plus more for a relaxing stay in Coral Bay, Cyprus. The apartment is located in a quiet location within a short walk to the bars, bus stop is a cross the road to Paphos, regular buses plus the sandy beach is easily accessible too. Views from the apartment include the hills as well as the sea views and sunsets for a memorable stay.

Fint boende med 66 trappsteg ner till havet (stenstrand) och 10 minuters promenad till stranden. Havsutsikt. Bra matbutik 15 minuters promenad från huset. Vi åt mest hemma men några kvällar valde vi restaurang, det fanns flera att välja på i området.

Maria has a wonderful house located in the heart of Coral Bay close to the beach, bars and a big grocery store. It's clean, well-equipped and has everything to enjoy your stay. And by the way local cats coming to say hello are adorable.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Oktober 24 in Sabines Wohnung und haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist recht großzügig über 2 Etagen, wobei wir nur zu zweit waren. Für vier Personen ist aber in jedem Fall gut Platz. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Überall kräftige Klimaanlagen, sehr nützlich! Die Möbel etc. sind älteren Datums und nicht mehr taufrisch, aber alles ist gut in Schuss gehalten und funktioniert. Man hat direkten Meerblick aus der 2. Reihe, das Wrack der "Demetrios III" liegt sehr romantisch direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Riff. Das einzige, was man kritisch sehen könnte: Die Strände in der Umgebung sind alle nicht ideal, hier muss man Kompromisse schließen. Sehr nett und relaxed: "Sandy Beach" ca. 8 min. entfernt, allerdings mit meist recht rauen Wellen. Wenn man in der Nähe von Paphos Urlaub machen möchte, ist die Wohnung von Sabine sicher eine gute Wahl.

Okay. If you want to be in the centre of the action within a few steps of bars, restaurants or shops nothing comes better than this! Don’t worry the noise outside doesn’t carry into this studio apartment. It’s in a bustling area but the sounding proofing inside is more than adequate Presentation was 5/5. Lovely layout. Exactly as the images portray. Massive tv. Lovely bathroom. Super little kitchen. For me it was tight. For two it’s a squeeze. It’s a studio. It’s small. So if you are looking for space as a priority this isn’t it. Watch the world pass by as you sit sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. Thats what this is about! I thought I was treated superbly by the team looking after the property. Couldn’t fault them for helping with anything I required. Simply super Italian restaurant literally 5m away. Best pizza I’ve had in years! Go! So there you go. That’s my vibe on this. Oh and parking was superb so don’t worry if you have a car. There is lots of space in the rear.

We loved our stay in Coral Bay! The area is perfect, if you want a relaxed typical beach holiday with a few good restaurants, shops, cafés, bars. The area is perfect for a trip to Paphos city or to Akamas national park with a 4x4. The apartment is located just a 5 min walk from Coral Bays main street where you find everything you need. Bus station, car rental, tourist information, supermarket and all the above. The beach is a 20 min walk and it is just perfect! One of the most beautiful ones if you like tourist beaches with bars, umbrellas etc. And not too crowded. Aleksandra was super fast in replying to our messages. We needed a few more things in the apartment and she helped us right away! The apartment was clean, bigger than expected and had everything we needed. We were super happy! The balcony was our favorite - beautiful! The only two critic points would be that the warm water does not always work in the evening and the bed is quite small for a tall person (1,90 m). I recommend!

Aus meinen Antworten sieht man, dass wir voll zufrieden waren. Es liegt genug weit von der Hauptstrasse entfernt und nicht zu weit vom Strand. Einfach ideal. Gute Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten trotz etwas kühleren Temperaturen eine schöne Zeit und können diese Objekt nur empfelhen. Wir überlegen uns wirklich nochmals hinzufahren. Was man noch besser machen könnte wäre, den Wasserdruck in den Duschen erhöhen und den Brenner am Gasherd vorne links reparieren. Der geht, aber nicht richtig. Kühlschranktüre öffnete sich manchmal, wenn man nicht richtig mit Druck zu gemacht hat. Schön wäre, man müsste nicht selbst Holzkohle und Anzünder kaufen oder es hätte einen Gasgrill. Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder.
