Love this house. Super comfortable and spacious. Great view surrounded by farms. Loved hearing the cows mooing every now and then. Note: def follow his instructions not the gps when you get closer so you take the suggested route, not the one the gps wants to take or its a tiny one way mountain road. Kent was super helpful to give directions and it was easy to find!

Thank you for hosting us and our dogs during our trip to Fabulous Floyd County! We will long remember waking up to picture postcard sunrises and seeing the water buffalo hanging out across the fence. We also fell in love with your sweet farm dog, Salt. Our dogs slept soundly on the dog beds you provided, that was a very nice touch! Our only wish is that we had stayed a bit longer.

We found our stay very peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable. The pictures and description don't give justice to truly how wonderfully beautiful the stay is. All the comforts of home without the stress. Have already booked next visit.

Giulia has a very nice apartment that was clean with plenty of room. Although close to town, there is a remote feel as the house is surrounded by woods - a definite plus for me.
