The balcony is furnished with table and chairs. Bedroom is towards east and has a small balcony. The living room has a nice and cosy atmosphere, here there is a sofa bed (inflatable airbed hidden in the sofa) for 2 persons. TV and stereo system. Nice court yard with vegetation Quiet neighbourhood Small local shops, supermarkets and cafés Bathroom + guest toilet Internet-broadband speed T3 : 5 Mbps Next to the flat is a wonderful park with old trees and birdsong. Good for a walk or picnic. Here the Metro Lergravsparken is situated. The walls of the court yard have just been renovated and the scaffolding removed (shown on the photos of balcony). The view towards south/west is free now.

Huset er totalrenoveret gennem de sidste 10 år og moderne indrettet med mange soveværelser fordelt på 3 etager og badeværelser på alle etager. Der er soveværelser til både børn og voksne og nogle fine udearealer med stor have, pool, grillplads, forhave og carport.
