130m2 Scandinavian designed apt. prime location

Stay in downtown Copenhagen in the cozy and bohemian area surrounding Nansensgade. It is a trendy and quiet street but at the same time lively with a bunch of cafées, winebars and shops. The most interesting sights, shopping areas and restaurants are all within walking distance. If needed all possible forms of transportation, trains, buses and the metro are all within approximately 5 minute walking distance. Just down the street it is possible to rent bikes if you would like to experience the city by bike just like the Copenhageners do. This 130 square meter apartment has been totally refurbished in 2010 and consists of four rooms on the top floor which makes it very bright. The apartment offers a newly refurbished open kitchen which is connected to the living room through two French doors and seats up to 10 people. The apartment offers originally only one bedroom but upon request it is possible to make the office into a second bedroom each with a double bed. The apartment has two toilets one with a bathtub and shower. From the kitchen it is possible to access a balcony overlooking a minor square from where it is possible to get a glimpse of the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen. Amenities include internet, cable TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen etc.

The home is located 150 meters from the subway and beach. Three stops by subway from the airport, but no noise from airplanes. Quiet neighborhood. 5 stops by metro to the city center. The home contains three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. There is a large open kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace and garden. There is a large open office on the 2nd floor. Super suitable for families with children who want both the big city and the beach.
