The area is peaceful and safe, and within a short walking distance you will find: • restaurants • cafés • bakeries • shopping facilities In the middle of the garden, surrounded by trees and birdsong, is a small detached annex of about 16 m². Here you live in your own little house, undisturbed and with a private entrance.

Cozy and quiet guest house, first row to Kystagerparken and 100 meters to the beach and harbor. Walking distance (1 km) to the S-train that takes you to the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes. You can also easily cycle to the city via the park. The house is located independently on the property (we live in another house), and from the small sunny terrace there is direct access to nature. The house contains a small kitchen section, a simple bathroom and living room/bedroom (with a good sofa bed with top mattress, 160 cm. in width) as well as a kitchen.

Beautiful little annex overlooking the garden

Welcome to our beautiful bright annex, here you have the opportunity to stay 3 minutes' walk down to Utterslev mose, with its own entrance and terrace, which may be used by guests. Our home is located only 5 km from the center of Copenhagen and there are buses from the front door and directly into the center of Copenhagen. In the annex there is a private bathroom and kitchenette, where it is possible to cook smaller meals. It is possible to accommodate up to 4 people, 2 people on the loft and the sofa bed respectively.

Cozy annex of 35 sqm with loft, private entrance and private terrace for rent. Built in New Yorker style with visible beams and just a 2-minute walk from Vanløse metro and shopping. You can be in the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes by metro. Annex contains living room with open kitchen, bedroom with loft. Both beds are 140 cm wide. Please note there are no doors to the bedroom. Bathroom with washbasin and private terrace and garden where the sun can be enjoyed. A little gem in Copenhagen

Lejligheden ligger i den nederste etage af huset, fra den grå kant på huset og nedefter. Der er 1 stor dobbeltseng og 1 sovesofa, og en daybed. "Baghuset" is a secondery house and consist of 45 m2 with all amenieties. It has kitchen and livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, -all floorheated. the 2. bed is a fold out coach. No smoking og party! This is the perfect place to start exploring Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark. 2 bikes are are normally also availble on request. There is a small outside area with BBQ and chairs
