Everything is brand new; home was just finished building Aug 2021. The home is amazing, on 2 acres of manicured forest. Half a mile from Hubbard's Beach, a great surf spot for locals. To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. The house is a cute and comfortable newer home located in a small residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located not far from beaches and hiking trails, as well as shopping and dining. Guests will also love that the house is uncluttered, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and full size stainless appliances, and the gas fireplace works even if the power goes out during a storm.

Charming, modernly styled A-frame cabin across from the beach, walkable to local shops and restaurants. This is a no-shoe home. If this isn't your jam, please book a different listing. There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
