Beachfront holiday rental in Coos County

Endless views describes it perfectly, with only the sound of the ocean to make it even better. The house served as the perfect base camp to go out on adventures, or just to enjoy the beach. We even walked to old town one day and found the neighborhood to be lovely as well. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful location. The pictures tell the truth. The walk down to the beach is fast and easy. Not to mention there is a trail that runs to other nearby beaches as well right outside the door. There is a very short drive to the downtown area. The house itself is obviously older but very well maintained and clean. WiFi was super fast. The bedding felt newer and we slept so well. It was a bit stormy during our stay so we played board games, built a fire and enjoyed the majestic views. Recommended.

Sam's place was a perfect getaway for our family of four young adult / teen kids plus our dog. Everyone enjoyed hanging out in the large living room playing games and watching movies. The kitchen was well stocked, which was really helpful as we cooked most of our meals. The side yard is fully fenced, which was great for our dog. And the view is amazing, with a quick walk down a private path to the beach. We'd definitely love to stay here again!

We loved the view and the house was perfect! The sofas were so comfortable after our long drive. Lori recommended a few restaurants in the area and she was spot on. We had a wonderful dinner. All in all our stay was short, but we would stay here again! Thank you Lori!!

Wonderful quirky house! Our grandchildren absolutely loved exploring & discovering little “hidden” cupboards, playing the electric guitar. & taking a baths in the jetted tub. The views were spectacular & 5 minute drive to pretty much everything. In fact, if it had just been my husband & I it would have been a 30 minute walk. Beds were comfy, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels- everything we could have possibly needed.

We spent the week of Christmas here at the Sea Stacks! I honestly hesitate to make a public review because you will all want to spend your holiday here!! We had a lovely fire to go with our Christmas carols! We had excellent steamers on Christmas Eve and the cabin was equipped with the perfect steamer pot! We hiked sunset bay to Arago - there was a high surf at the time and we were amazed by the crashing waves, sea lions and amazing views. We walked-on (must be an Oregon resident to get same day tee time) played golf at Brandon Dunes Sheep Ranch on Christmas Eve in 55 degree sunny weather and practically had the course to ourselves! Even the dramatic wind storm and thunderstorm on Christmas night which we watched while playing the Nutcracker was amazingly dramatic (and a bit scary!) super fun time!!!

The location is incredible. It can’t be beat, especially when the trip is centered around golfing Sheep Ranch. It was cool to be able to wave at my husband when they were at the hole adjacent to the property. The views are spectacular. We didn’t turn on the TV once because looking outside through the big windows was all we needed. We had two kiddos and two dogs, with 4 adults, and the house offered so much room to hold all that energy. Having a full size stove was perfect to prepare cozy meals throughout our stay. Last but definitely not least, Sam is super responsive and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this property. We loved it so much, we’re coming back before the end of the year, booking our next stay while we were still there!

This is our second time at Sam’s Belo de Rosa home. We love this house because it’s perfect for a family and lets us have our dog! There’s an entire floor downstairs that has its own kitchen, a sun room, a kitchen sink, private bathroom and even a fridge! Our daughter loves the freedom she has downstairs and we call it her “apartment” lol. The kitchen upstairs is stocked and lovely to cook in. We had a back to patio upstairs overlooking the yard where we can sit and watch the stars/listen to the ocean. Our second stay at Belo de Rosa was just as amazing as the first and oh! COMFY BEDS!! I always look for listing reviews that mention comfortable beds so I want to make sure this review mentions them. We had a wonderful time!!

This is a great house. Clean and comfortable. Pretty close to many things we wanted to do. The only issue we had was a leak that rendered the microwave unusable. We reported it and got an immediate response, but no one ever showed up to repair it.

Absolutely loved this place. Right on the beach. Easy access to shoreline and house was perfect for us. We loved all of the space and the views were awesome. Very well maintained and kept extremely clean. Appreciate the prompt communication the host provided and we hope to come back soon

We had the best stay at the beach house. The moment we pulled up just as the sun was setting behind the lighthouse we knew we were going to have special visit. We are roadschoolers.. meaning my home schooled some learns on the road inspired by the area we are visiting. This location was perfect.. the tide pools below were teeming with life. Just be mindful to check the tide schedule :) we toured Umpqua Lighthouse (in Winchester) as well as the coast guard museum.. so knowledgable and also very reasonably priced. The guide also helped us look on the horizon and spot migrating whales :) We did visit the redwoods one day.. a 2.5 hour drive south, chartered a fishing trip and visited the Charleston Marine Center. Dinner at the Hilltop Grill was also treat! We cannot thank Michael enough for his hospitality and was a pleasure to meet him! We are already planning return trip!

This home is a gem. The views are surreal and the home could not be more comfortable for group of seven. The home was in great shape during a storm while we were inside watching the ocean with the wood stove fired up, bread in the oven and teens happily shooting pool. We will hope to stay again if our travels take us back to the beautiful Oregon coast. Take you for offering this home to AirBnBers.

This is truly the escape you are looking for! The Lake House is in a rustic setting yet has all the comforts of home. We highly recommend staying here as we will again in the future!!

This is maybe the most special AirBnB I have ever stayed at. Every little detail has been attended to. We had a teeny little wedding ceremony here and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a small group. Books, art supplies, toiletries, and ingredients galore! We didn’t need half of what we brought. The view is epic. The indoor plants are enchanting. The beds are insanely hard to get out of. Everyone slept well. We are already trying to find an occasion to come back!! Thank you Heather 🙏🙏

Wonderful home with breathtaking view of surrounding dunes, beach and shoreline. We loved the home and plan on coming back for sure.

We had a family get together and it was perfect to accommodate all of us. The view was outstanding. The ocean room upstairs off the king bedroom was my favorite place to be.

Saying this house is beautiful is an understatement. The pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for my family to sit in the living room and visit and laugh which is one of my most favorite things to do. The kitchen was also very beautiful. So much space. The windows are so big it felt like you were outside. When it was time for bed we all had our own little nooks to go to so we could be secluded. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Plenty of games and coloring books for the kids. I did have some questions for Sam during our stay and he was so quick to respond. Very easy to communicate with. I look forward to booking with him again. Loved it ♥️

The location of the house is absolutely, unbeatably beautiful. The ocean views are breathtaking. And it’s an easy walk down to a very private beach. It’s a short drive to the resort, restaurants, and an easy jaunt over to Bandon or Coos Bay. Yet, the house itself is in a private location. The house is great, and exactly as described. Absolutely loved the location and hope to book again!
