Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Floras Lake Guest House

The Floras Lake Guest House is located in my garden at Floras Lake. A private bath, kitchenette (coffee pot, microwave, small frig, dishes, blender, toaster, etc.) queen bed and sitting area complete this private, serene space. An electric fireplace adds heat and a lovely ambience. A large screen television has access to Amazon and Netflix. WiFi service is provided. Guests have use of two kayaks (during summer months only), dock and viewing deck via a private stairway.

Most Spectacular Ocean Views - Studio East Lower

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

Bay Cove Cottage A

On the Bay across from Charleston Harbor. Bright, clean, and cozy, rustic 1940s era cottage duplex, perfect for frugal travelers. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.
