Monthly Rentals in Cooks Island

Totally as advertised. Very clean and homey with helpful instructions to make our stay easy. David was responsive and very helpful.

First family holiday in the USA and this was a perfect base for our first week. It was really cosy and the open plan layout worked well for us. It had everything we could ever need, a large fridge, lots of saucepans and utensils, loads of bedding, towels, books, games and even a wonderful and friendly neighbour. We visited Boston several times for the baseball and the Freedom Trail, Plimouth Plantation and The Mayflower and several local beaches. We had a blast. Thank you.

I stayed at this location for a quick business trip. Very nice home. Be aware, it is a little cozy, but if you are single or a couple, it’s large enough. The only complaint I had was that the TV was a bit small.

Juliana is a fantastic host and this property is as advertised. A beautiful spot with an amazing view and a beach right out the front door. 10 minute drive to downtown Plymouth. I couldn't recommend this place more.
