Enjoy the warm sunshine in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful 2bed/2bath first floor condo. You will love sitting on the patio sofa as you enjoy the pond/fountain in your backyard. 5 minutes to Coastal Carolina College, Conway Medical is 1.6 miles, less than 10 miles to beach and 5 minutes to all shopping. Aldi is your corner store. Condo is located near the intersection of Wild Wing and 501. Wild Wing Golf Course is a 2 minute drive. Burning Ridge Golf Course is a 5 minute drive.

This home is located in historical downtown Conway, SC. It is on the historical registry, being the oldest house in Conway. It is a golf cart ride away from the Waccamaw River and beautiful Conway Riverwalk, a little walk from downtown shopping and local restaurants, and just a short distance from Myrtle Beach (about 15 miles) & surrounding areas. A studio style apartment with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa if you should need it. Complete with black out curtains so getting some shut eye is always an option. We are a family of 5 living on the same property but will always be courteous of our guests being sure to stay out of the way. No motorcycles or pets are permitted. Cameras are on the premises.
