Jim’s place is clean and well laid out. Helpful to have microwave and mini fridge. Check-in was easy and when we turned down the time share presentation, there was no pressure. The hot tub, sauna and lounge are great bonuses. The property is located in a bit of a chaotic spot near Union Square- kind of hairy driving but so great access to Union Square sights.

My husband and I stayed for about 10 days. Quiet neighborhood. Rick's place was clean and cozy. When I needed to contact Rick, he was available to answer my questions right away. He was responsive and pleasant. Accessing directly from the parking lot (covered, assined space) to the apartment was very easy and quick. I would stay here again.

It’s been a great stay at Chioma’s apartment. I will address a few things which were factually incorrect in another review. The mall is right opposite to listing and is still open. IKEA just opened another mall across the street, with a food court and plenty of restaurants — only 30 seconds away from the apartment. Heater: The apartment is modern with Google Nest — you can adjust the heat or AC to whatever temp you want. I had no issues with the temperature or the speed of the heater. Noise: The room has thick windows to keep the noise out. Some sounds may slip through since you’re in the heart of downtown, but nothing alarming. I slept well and never had my sleep interrupted. Common Amenities (lounge, gym, kitchen): All in the building, easy to access, no need to ask anyone. Chioma was super open, honest, and always quick to communicate. She is very professional and always responds, even though she couldn’t extend my late checkout. She was kind enough to explain it

Ayo's place is great and he is a perfect host. I will stay there next time I will be back in Berkeley. I highly recommend his place!

The apartment was beyond expectations. Immaculate and clean and beautifully furnished. A wonderful location with a great view. I would definitely stay again and I’m grateful for the communication and for such a wonderful stay

Wonderful stay! Ryan was super responsive and flexible and the place was absolutely gorgeous. Neighborhood felt safe and you could basically walk anywhere. Highly recommend

Unser Aufenthalt im Marriott Vacation Club San Francisco war einfach fantastisch! Der Service war erstklassig – alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Shawn, der ein großartiger Gastgeber war. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, komfortabel und perfekt gelegen, um San Francisco zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Jennifer was an amazing host. I booked the day before my arrival during an extremely busy week (GDC Week) and in the morning the room became unavailable. She went out of her way to find me an available room and within an hour I was all set. Communication was great and the room was perfect for my needs.

Everything was great and as described. Quick responses, great spot, and a great host!

We stayed at David's place for a week, attending the conf at Moscone center. it was super convenient, short walk to Union Square, shopping and restaurants. The hotel setting was also a plus. fresh coffe in the lobby every day. Pull out couch, laundry, full kitchen were great as well.

더도나텔로 호텔을 에어비앤비에서 예약한다는것이 처음에는 조금 걱정되었지만 실제 호텔방문시 모든 체크인절차가 원활했고 숙소위치역시 유니온스퀘어의 인접한 안전하고 훌륭했습니다. 다만 주방시설이 있긴하지만 식기류만 있고 전기포트나 가스레인지가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다!

Stayed here for my before wedding preparations and it was amazing. Simply amazing. I’m from the city so I may be biased on ease of location but the Japanese restaurants in the area are delicious and I ate at the same one every day I was there before heading to Maui.

Stayed here for a date night and it was a pretty amazing. The view is incredible. Definitely an experience, and my date loved it. The condo is very clean and the beds are comfortable and soft. Host is very responsive and was available to us throughout the stay. The only con was the parking. I mean, it’s San Francisco…I get it, but get clarity on the instructions and be careful if you need to double park temporarily, there were cops everywhere when we arrived. All and all it was a wonderful stay!

Nicole was great. Super responsive for any messages or issue we had at the house. She was super accommodating too which we really appreciate. Our families loved this house! It had everything we needed and we had such a great time. Kitchen was awesome, tvs and video games were awesome, bedrooms were awesome, arcade machine was awesome, dock and paddle boat was awesome, jacuzzi was great :). In general, we had a great time hanging out, cooking and relaxing, which is exactly what we were trying to do. Really appreciate being able to disconnect for our crazy lives and have a nice, chill weekend at a cool house. Thank you ;)

Stupendous house. Beautiful, comfortable, kid-friendly. Kitchen fully stocked and every other room was perfectly appointed. When I came upon a room in the basement, it was a gold mine of kids' books and board games. Treehouse is lovely. The primary suite is gorgeous...so much sun and views everywhere. We loved it and I wish I lived there.

One fine bnb was very accommodating. Very good on responses. This property has a ton of space. Ideal for a big family for sure. A few tips, arrive at this property during the day not at night. Take a screenshot of all of your instructions because the service is quite spotty unless you are on Wi-Fi. Depending on your body size, only two beds accommodate 2 adults. The other beds are for one adult or a child or 2. If you are good with sleeping on a couch, that’s additional sleeping space, that’s what my family and I did, comfortably. The furniture is was cool, very modern. You can tell it’s been used quite a bit and could use some cleaning for sure, but outside of that The property was perfect.

Nice place. Good neighborhood. Really nice view and lots of sunshine. Very much appreciated the well appointed kitchen. Very flexible with checking in with the key pad. The complimentary coffee was very thoughtful and much appreciated especially the first morning. The nice trails just up the hill for biking and walking were great.

The place was as advertised- spacious and comfortable. Beautiful backyard with comfortable seating. Only downside was that the ping pong racquets and pool cues were worn and barely useable. It’s a minor complaint but we did pick the place based on having these games available. Still a great place to gather our family.

This place is amazing. It felt just at home for us. The kitchen has a lot of supplies and tools to cook. The bathrooms are amazing as well as the washer and dryer. Smita is so nice and friendly. She let us check in earlier and check out later which was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Very toddler friendly space as well. Thank you for everything.

This AB&B did not dissapoint. It was much more spacious in person and can comfortably fit a large group. The hosts were very responsive to inquiries before & after booking and checked in with us to ensure our stay was satisfactory after we arrived. The house was easy to get into & the detailed instructions were very helpful. This house is great for entertaining, with an open floor plan that includes two dining areas, a living room and kitchen with all of the appliances, oversized fridge and freezer and cooking ware/utensils needed to prepare meals. This house has several steps leading from the driveway to the front door & on both floors so as the listing stated, if you or your pets don't like steps, this is not the home for you. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was both beautiful, peaceful & quiet. We enjoyed the scenic views of the golf course and greenery. Overall, this home is light and bright & has all of the amenities to ensure a clean, comfortable stay.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here, which says it all. We like the location, the house is private and comfortable, and we hope to return.
