Your own space/ no shared rooms, easy access ground floor and convenient location. This unique place has a fresh style all its own. Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

This courtyard room has two full size beds and kitchen. Its entrance is in the back of our quiet flower filled courtyard. This is a small family run Motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. (Sleeps 2-4 people max). No rollaway beds can be added to this room due to size limitations. This is a dog friendly room. (with an extra charge of $25 per dog, per night) Sorry, no cats are permitted.
