Small townhouse in a small complex with 36 houses. It is almost impossible to see through the fences and many plants. You can sit comfortably on the wooden terrace under the trees. The house is clear, but furnished with style. Everything was very clean and a basic set of hygiene items was also there. There was nothing missing! Only the beds are quite hard. The beach is about 600 m away. We give the house and Catherine five stars. We felt very comfortable there!

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

We had a great weekend with the family. Pool at the top and heated as expected. Well-maintained petanque court. Substantial kitchen accessories. Very peaceful neighborhood. Pleasant and available housekeeper. I recommend your villa.

Frédéric's villa is a dream! The garden is heavenly and the location is perfect for relaxing. The house is huge and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Frédèric is a great host who not only gives great excursion tips, but welcomes his guests with all the nice gestures (welcome basket with jam, coffee, cake, etc.). Thank you very much for this little paradise!

We had a great time with friends. Wenda and Manuel are very friendly, welcoming and available. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. And the little extra that makes all the difference is the outdoor space: the summer kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bathroom is really nice. We'll save the address for next time:)

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in France! The villa was very modern, beautifully equipped with everything we needed, and had a great layout — perfect for hosting and keeping an eye on the kids while they played in the swimming pool. The heated pool made a huge difference and was enjoyed every single day. The location was excellent — you could walk to the local shop for fresh bread and essentials, and the beach was only a quick 6-minute drive away. It offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Communication with the host was outstanding: always very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The villa was spotless, free of clutter, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return — highly recommended for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday!

Royal location: next to the Halles du Penon and 500 m from the beach with all amenities nearby. Very comfortable beds. Great terrace and jacuzzi. The 1st floor is not renovated like the basement but it is clean and functional. Special dedication to the joyful welcome of Tristan. A big thank you for allowing us a late departure. In short, we made the most of it!

Excellent week with the family (3 generations) in Olivier's home! Perfect location for a bike vacation, a huge park that allows you to play boules, soccer... We even picked up mushrooms! Perfect communication and support, provided by Olivier's father. I highly recommend it.

The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

The bike path a few meters away, the beautiful Landes forest and the ocean after a short walk through the pine trees. A beautiful house in a relaxing location! The house is very quiet on the edge of a wooded area. It is super nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is simply awesome on particularly hot days. Great for relaxing, we could have stayed even longer after 10 days! There are many bike paths in the area and the beach is about 3 km away via almost exclusively comfortable bike paths. Mathieu, thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Had a great week with the family. The villa had everything you could need and only a 20min walk from the beach. Only negative was the pool was quite large and not heated so a bit too cold to use in September
