Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

We had a lovely weekend in Lincoln and this was a perfect spot at the top of Steep Hill. Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Lovely balcony with outdoor seating which was a nice sun trap. Would highly recommend and would use again. Overall this was a really lovely place.

Great accommodation in a quiet location in walking distance of a riverside pub. The accommodation was comfy, clean and well equipped and we really appreciated the breakfast items Anna and Ian had provided. Highly recommended

Marilyn’s place is great for a short stay. Ideal for couples. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to beach and town. There is everything you could possibly want in the chalet. Tea, milk and biscuits a nice touch! The toaster was causing problems but as soon we alerted Marilyn she popped in with a new one. Great service.

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

Lovely house, lots of space. The bedroom was a little bit bright as i’m a night shift worker however nothing else bad to say !! amazing team with amazing responses and always there to help when i needed them, would stay again :)

A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

A well appointed house which is situated in an ideal position to explore the North Norfolk coast. The beach is within easy walking distance after an evening meal at the welcoming Fox and Hounds Elaine is an excellent host and promptly replies to messages Overall an easy booking

Tealby Dune is a perfect home from home if you want to walk on the beach and enjoy the fresh air on the east coast. Out of season the beach is yours to claim, with little interruption from others. The property is very close to the beach and the promenade.

Lovely place , nice location , very clean and spacious. co op nearby for essentials. Only tip - a curtain up at the conservatory would do wonders for the winter time.

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

Sue was a great host! She provided staples such as bread, milk and eggs aswell as a few treats. The place was very peaceful, clean and homely. We were able to have a prefect relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and listen to the birds 🙂
