Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Coney Island

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

This nice appartment is perfect located. We had everything we needed. Karen and Walter were very friendly, replied quickly and gave us the information we asked for. It was a fundamental part of our experience in NYC. We recommend it. Thank you for everything.

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Good spot for a long weekend! Nice location with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and the F/G around the corner. Travis was responsive and flexible with arrival/departure times, which we appreciated.

Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

This was a great place to stay if you don’t mind 45 min subway to Manhattan which we didn’t care because we went all city and didn’t need to go to Manhattan everyday because there is more to New York than Manhattan! Thankyou once again Amalia!

Absolutely loved this place! Wish we had a longer stay. The place is amazing and the outside area is EVERYTHING!! Will definitely stay again when back in the area!

Great place, nice decor. Fidel was a fantastic host, responding within minutes when I was unable to figure out the door code. Well worth the stay.

The place was easy to find. Street parking was easy and available. The snacks, cold beverages, and coffee/tea were a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. There is only one sink at the place (in the bedroom bathroom) so that made washing dishes a little challenging esp. since the drain took a while to clear but Wendy and Bently were very responsive to that. And overall the stay went well.

Such an amazing and comfortable spot right in the heart of jersey city! Ben and Janine were both super kind and hospitable hosts who made us feel at home from start to finish. The amenities were very thoughtful from laundry pods to bedside fans, and being on the basement floor made for much-needed cooler temps during the NJ summer. Highly recommend making this your home away from home if you’re ever in the area!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

I had such a lovely stay here during my trip. The location in Putnam was super lively and felt very local, in the best way. I especially loved grabbing a coffee from the nearby coffee shop and drinking it in the private backyard to the sound of the morning birds. Also, only a 10 min walk to the C train to Manhattan! The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, with a full kitchen and fridge which made it really easy to cook when I wasn’t dining out. The private entrance and multiple security doors made me feel really safe, which I massively appreciated as a solo traveler. I did all my communication through Linda, (co-host) and she was absolutely lovely. Warm, friendly, super responsive and had some great food recommendations that really made the trip feel more personal. It was a smooth check-in and she happily accommodated my later arrival which I’m so thankful for. Honestly, I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in NYC. Made great memories I’ll cherish forever.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Clean and accessible. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Would recommend Casa Erika.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!!
