In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Charming house with inner courtyard located in the hyper-center where you will find all the shops. Train station within walking distance. House completely redone in a cocooning and warm spirit. In order to recharge your batteries, we recommend that you visit the Arboretum, the Donjon and enjoy the many walks in the forest.
