Monthly Rentals in Concha Beach

Emanuel and Juliana’s house is very spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully located. The location is perfect — everything (Orla, Pituba, Praça, Praia da Concha) is within a 10-minute walk, yet the area is still very quiet. We loved waking up to the sound of birdsong. Emanuel and Juliana are wonderful hosts — proactive, kind, and always ready to help. They truly made our trip even more enjoyable and we would be happy to come back anytime soon.

Sal is the coziest place I have ever stayed in. It was my first Itacare visit and I couldn’t choose better. The location of the house is ideal,few minutes to the beaches and the centre of the town. The warmth the house is radiating is amazing, so nicely designed and comfortable. I could stay here forever. Thank you for your great service.
