Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

Beautiful house, very comfortable, it has everything indicated and is the same as in the photos. It is very conveniently located, close to the beach as well as common areas. The house has a swimming pool and a tub, which makes it unique and very entertaining for the family. The host responds quickly to messages.

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they pinch their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

Casa Mae was definitely the best choice to spend a few days with my 88-year-old mother and wife. Starting with the excellent location(10 meters from the viewpoint of the cove) and on a safe level (greater than 30 meters). The distribution and relaxation is very tasteful and the beds, without exaggerating, like a 5 star hotel for the comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful, allowing you to contemplate the work of the fishermen and the arrival and departure of large ships to the bay. 5 minutes from large cove where you can sunbathe and see the surfers who practice there daily. For shopping, 5 minutes from supermarket in Cocholgue Alto and many small businesses as well as in Tomé for fresh seafood and fish shopping. Now, if you are in the beach when the boats arrive and aids in the task of climbing the boat to their place the fishermen give you fish and/or seafood . That happened to me. Emilio was very communicative, clear and friendly. No doubt we will be back!

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it, but mainly the amazing view and the peaceful, relaxing vibe. Host was friendly and responsive, greqt communication all around. We are definitely coming back! :)

Excellent infrastructure, nice decor, very comfortable beds, more than enough hot water available for showers. Natalia was very friendly and very willing to solve and compensate for the small inconveniences that arose. Totally recommended!

We have just enjoyed a long stay at Carolina’s apartment. The apartment was modern, extremely clean and exceptionally comfortable. The view from the apartment was stunning and we found lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Carolina was always available and helpful if we needed anything, communication was excellent.

Spacious, clean, tidy, functional and well-equipped apartment. Enzo was always attentive to the requirements. The only thing to consider is the noise of the passage of the trains next to the dpto, but it is not a big deal for us.

Great hosts. Squeaky clean accommodation. Safe and new apartments with decent sound insulation. Nice view over the port. Great water pressure. Short walk into town centre albeit with a small steep section of road to navigate. This will assist you to work off the delicious seafood empanadas and cake you probably just consumed. The balcony is perfect to sit out on during nice weather. Balcony door is a little heavy to open and close but no big issue for the vast majority of people. All in all one of my top airbnb experiences. Thankyou to our hosts.

Maria Jose was very friendly, we had a problem at home before leaving so we arrived later, the next day he allowed us to check out later, which was appreciated a thousand! The place is very quiet with beautiful ocean views.

beautiful apartment, very safe is the condo. there are good swimming pools, tennis court. the best thing is the visit to the sea of dichato just meters away . on foot you can go to restorant that are by the sea and very tasteful and priced. in short, we are super happy about what lived there. The host is a 7.
