From the moment we booked, the host was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, which made the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. It is clear that they work with a well-organised team, as the department was impeccable, very clean and well-equipped. Communication was fast, friendly and decisive at all times. Everything is really arranged as if it were a hotel. I also really appreciate the flexibility and willingness. Those little gestures make all the difference :)

I will start with saying the Carolina's apartment is by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had in Concepción. Located in a brand new building next to the park and nearby amenities, it was spotless clean and as pictured. The only inconvenience was learning that the central heating was not working in her apartment despite the images showing a radiator. Nonetheless Carolina provided some electric space heaters and was super responsive to all my additional requests. I would highly recommend her apartment for anyone looking for a clean, well located apartment in Concepción with a great host.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, and the parking lot is as shown in the publication. Everything was good and communication with the host was smooth and timely, nice to have a digital lock which makes check-in and out very easy as you don't have to coordinate key delivery and things like that. Everything was just perfect, the apartment was impeccable, the concierges were friendly, the host was concerned, the supermarket was next door and the beautiful Ecuador park was within walking distance. What made my stay truly sublime was the wonderful view, there really is no comparison.

The house is spacious and very clean, the host is friendly and I will come back again.

Good place and amenities for the summer. For the winter, it is advisable to ask about the availability of certain amenities. Very central and Romina's help was always available.

I'd like to highlight the cleanliness of the place, and the very comfortable bed. A nice touch that left coffee and tea. The concierge of the place was also very friendly and the host was attentive in communication.

It has ample spaces and the services of the condominium make the stay very safe and entertaining for adults and children. Great spot close to the airport. Just don't miss the exit or entrance because it's all one-way split highways so turning around takes a long time.

Very good place. The apartment is super comfortable, with a beautiful view and very good lighting and ventilation. The view of Laguna Grande and the surrounding vegetation is second to none. Excellent internet connection. No problem working remotely.

Excellent place to stay, especially if, like us, you're going to work near the place. Comfortable apartment in a gated condominium, with a supermarket and many shops nearby. Very good location! In less than 10 minutes by Uber, you can get everywhere. Carolina was very kind to us, the apartment was impeccable and she let us check in later to wait for our flight.

Comfortable apartment for 5 people with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful view all over the bay, even better than in the pictures. The beach of Dichato is 15 or 20 minutes walk, special to go with children, due to its little swell. The condo has two pools, ideal for kids and adults. Hosts gave us recommendations for places to walk, eat, and/or take eleven, the references were very good. The condominium and surroundings are family-friendly and very quiet, I recommend it.
