House holiday rentals in Buenos Aires

loved staying here in the heart of Palermo. yes it's noisy on weekends but that's to be expected when you're in the middle of the happening neighborhood. Sol provided me with ear plugs which were much appreciated. super flexible with check-in time despite my very late night/early morning arrival. loved the terrace which felt like a tree house in the middle of the city. the downstairs supermercado is very convenient and had great prepared foods by weight to take home. I'd stay here again!

Everything is excellent. The place is super well maintained and very well located. My only recommendation is to install smart TVs in the rooms because they don't have a connection to Netflix or other streaming platforms.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is the perfect location in Palermo. The house is amazing, really wonderful with so much space and character. The outdoor space is superb, the pool, the bbq, it really was special. Thanks for a wonderful stay and can’t rate this place and location highly enough.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

Amazing stay, I strongly recommend! I went with a large group and the place matches the photos and description. Perfect location. Sol and her mother Marcela were perfect holster allowing late check out and support during the stay! 5 stars!

Perfect place for large groups. The property is huge. The kitchen is also large, which makes it very comfortable and practical. The spacious living room has games, ideal for groups. The pool does its function. Full grill with tools to cook and set fire. The only thing to note is that being an establishment that has several private rooms, we were not the only ones in the building. There were guests in other rooms, but they did not occupy the common places. Just to mention that the front door is one, so other guests transit when they are heading to their respective rooms. Except for that detail, the place is perfect.

Claudia was great with us, always available and the accommodation is great for a large group. It gave us a lot of flexibility, which was perfect for us.

THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOUSE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. So stylish, so many details, it looks like a Louvre! LOCATION? Amazing! In front of the famous San Telmo Mercado. Deserves 10 stars , not 5. And I travel a lot! 👍💘

Beautiful house in the heart of Palermo Soho. Residential and very quiet street two steps away from everything. Everything works in the house that is very well-equipped. It was an exceptional season. I'll be back as soon as I can. And I recommend it.

Great spot for a group. We were 6 people and each had their own room. There are a lot of stairs, so this won’t work for someone who has difficulty with them. Beautiful place with a great rooftop. Nice hosts and good cleaning staff. Felt safe. Not super quiet but I still got good sleep! A great stay for several weeks in BsAs. Recommend booking!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Hugo's apartment is incredibly cozy, you'll feel at home from the moment one. Very well equipped, it has everything it describes and more, super comfortable and beautiful, and not to mention Hugo's hospitality, always attentive to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Attentive from the moment of entry, he helped us with some recommendations of places and was concerned at all times for our comfort. It is certainly an accommodation that I would recommend. We loved our stay at Tobias' place! Firstly, the courtyard is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful even though you are right on the middle of the city. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect, a grocery store across the street, plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby. Tobias was so helpful and gave us a lot of local recommendations that we loved. He was also always responsive when we messaged him and was very flexible with our check in time. We would stay here again for sure!!
