Monthly Rentals in Como Beach

Property was exactly as described and hosts responsive to enquiries. Location is excellent and parking on the premises very handy. Will be heading to Perth again in a few months and hope we can stay here again.

Monica's home provided a perfect space for our family holiday. It was spotless and had a lovely energy. Alot of holiday homes don't live up to the pictures and write up but this one did. Highly recommend.

Everything was pretty perfect, great location easy to find and easy to get around. Perfect little Cottage felt very safe.

We book this every year for my relatives to stay and it has become their second home. Linda is such a great host, she is very accommodating and there is everything you need for your stay. It is a lovely house and garden and very quiet. It feels like their home.
