Townhouse holiday rentals in Commerce City

Salil's place was awesome! My group really enjoyed the outdoor patio that is loaded with high-quality, new furniture as of June 2025. The property is located just outside of downtown and is really quiet while being very close to a lot of cool restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. In addition to the location, the tri-fold mattresses that were provided were very comfortable and certainly helped extend the number of people that this place can comfortably sleep. I would definitely consider booking this place again if I end up back in the area and would recommend it for others.

Brian's place was great! It was clean, accurately described, and the location is amazing. Brian di da great job communicating and providing recommendations.

This place is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautifully designed and in a fantastic location! Yes it is a bit pricey but it was worth it for us.

Such a beautiful place in a quite tucked away neighborhood. Janis was very responsive and helpful. Her home was the perfect spot for our family while we were in town for a wedding. Convenient location with easy access to the light rail and highway when going into Denver. Janis has done a great job of making the home comfortable, clean and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend to others!

What a beautiful home! We rented for the night instead of two hotel rooms for a concert at Empower. Everything was super clean, very well appointed and organized. Salimah clearly anticipates the needs of his guests, and he communicated quickly. We cooked in for dinner and breakfast and the kitchen has absolutely everything you’d need. The place was amazing, and Jordan is great! We were a little shocked to see that the 3rd bed was a blowup mattress, as the photos hid it pretty well.

Everything about this place is amazing! Very cozy and spacious with a ton of kitchen amenities. Next time we are in Denver I will be looking for this place!

Great little place! Quiet neighborhood but some great places within walking distance.

The town house was wonderful, comfortable and clean. We were sad we were only staying one night! Andrea was super helpful and kind.

Everything was very nice, Blessed was very communicative through the entire process and even checked in halfway through our stay. We will likely try to stay there again next year when we attend our conference.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Vasundhara and Chetan’s place! The house was exactly as described, and we felt right at home! We particularly loved the location, as it was very close to a variety of things to see and do. The hosts were also super responsive, offered local recommendations, and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Their kindness and care was appreciated! If we are ever back in the area, we would love to stay here again! Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay at Paula’s place. It was described well in the post and had everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze and it was close by everywhere we were going. Quiet neighborhood and clean inside and out. Thank you Paula!

Katie was a great host, check in instructions were sent well in advance and the townhouse having a garage was a bonus. Location was another huge plus, only 15-30 minutes from all the Denver attractions we visited. Our kids loved the upper loft area where they could play and our daughter loved the “princess bed” and she felt right at home, as did we. Only con would be the cleaning crew between stays left more to be desired as far as attention to detail but I don’t hold that against Katie and I think communication was prompt and that if any issues had arose during our stay, I’m confident that it would’ve been handled.

Jessica was a responsive host. The condo is well stocked and nicely decorated. It was plenty roomy for the four of us. The neighborhood is central to other parts of Denver. There's a good coffee place around the corner but to get to other places you need to drive because the area is primarily residential. Parking at night can be tricky because neighbors park on the street.

Our stay was great. Vanessa was extremely responsive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two couples. The location was within 15 minutes of almost eveything we wanted to do in town.

This house was spotless and didn’t have a “walk in smell” lol! The kitchen was very stocked with appliances , seasonings, cups! Washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Everyone communicated and responded to my inquiries. Made us feel like home, we had to check out early since our family in Denver wanted to take us to the mountains on our last day. I highly recommend this place. We enjoyed staying here five stars all across the board!!!

This was an incredible bnb in every way. Walkable to mile high stadium and so much more within the city. The inside looked just like the pics and was very clean. Rooftop had an incredible view of the downtown area to the east and the mountains to the west. The single stall garage was small (the description prepared us for that) but our rav4 fit decent enough. Kelly was very proactive with instructions prior to check in and check out. The train had a stop a block from the bnb and would be super convenient if you wanted to use it. We didn’t hear the train at all for those concerned about that. Very satisfied !

Great lived in location. Close to everything that we wanted to see in Denver. No difficult checkout instructions. Great for Harry Potter fans.

Tyler’s residence was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Much attention to detail. Tyler was super quick to respond with each communication and pleasant. I would look forward to staying again in the future if available.

This is a beautiful home which had everything we needed. The roof garden was a true gem and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our family had a wonderful stay.

I loved the location of George’s Place. 30 minutes from the airport and 20 to RedRocks Amphitheater. Very convenient. Also, 90 minutes to Rocky Mountain state Park. Boulder was also only 20 minutes .It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the park. Wheat Ridge had the cutest restaurants close by. We could park right in front of house.I was able to walk around in the morning. Loved the beds. Very comfortable sheets, pillows and mattresses. Appreciated the Keurig coffee machine and all the extra condiments in the house. We never watched tv but there were three televisions which is nice to watch in bed. Communication with George was extremely easy. He is very responsive and answered all questions rapidly. I would definitely stay again if I came to Denver area.
