Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Discover the charm of this renovated studio in the countryside, 15 minutes from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. It is adjacent to our house, so we will cross paths and our two dogs will greet you and ask for some petting.
