Holiday rentals with a patio in Comarca de Alhama

Wow!! We absolutely loved our stay at Primer's place. The indoor space itself is gorgeous - really spacious, excellent amenities, wonderfully decorated, homey, everything we could've asked for. The outdoor space is FANTASTIC - incredible patio offering a truly dreamy view of Granda (plus, we loved the bathtub!). Not to mention the location. Situated in a calm yet vibrant area of Granada, Primer's place offers easy access to excellent local restaurants as well as the city center - it feels both private and, "in the mix." The best of both worlds. We're already planning another stay at Primer's! Definitely the best AirBnB we've ever booked. Highly recommend!

El apartamento de Alfonso es maravilloso y aún más bonito que en las fotos. Además de la decoración de buen gusto, destaca por la limpieza y buena equipación. ¡El jacuzzi en la terraza es fenomenal y fue perfecto después de un agotador día de trabajo! La comunicación con Alfonso fue súper profesional y muy amigable.

We had some great days. We loved the place, it is beautiful. Same as in the pictures. The house is very clean, large and comfortable bathroom with towels. The kitchen is very convenient, large fridge, and even grounded coffee to make fresh coffee in the morning. The pool with the view is lovely and very private. Andrew is a super host. So welcoming and friendly. Checked in everyday to ask if we needed anything. Always quick responding when we had a question! We arrived in the middle of the night and Andrew was there waiting for us and even provided us with breakfast. So great. It sure is a place to remember and I will tell my friends about the lovely days we spend with you!

Teresa’s place was very nicely furnished with plenty of space for 3 adults. The bus stops and supermarket were on the same block, making it easy to get around town and get supplies. The fridge had cold beverages waiting for us. Wish we would have had more time enjoying the scenic view from the balcony.

El apartamento coincide con la descripción y la vista es increíble. Recomiendo el Ático de Cecilio y Nadia para una estancia en Granada. Gracias por todo.

Beautiful, modern, and spacious. One of the best Airbnb's we've ever experienced and that includes both this awesome apartment and Paula, who was a wonderful host. Paula communicated continuously and provided a lot of great local information to enhance our experience. Paula responded quickly to any inquiry with excellent, detailed suggestions and directions. We loved the welcome snacks, water, and beer, which was really appreciated as we entered the apartment. Great place to stay and HIGHLY recommended!

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse war wirklich toll! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat eine ausführliche persönliche Einweisung gegeben und viele Tipps. Er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Später Check-in und -out war problemlos möglich. Ich empfehle die Wohnung sehr!

Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet, man merkt das sie selber hier gewohnt hat. Alles ist in weiß eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Strand, Bars und Restaurants sind um die Ecke und auch ein Supermarkt ist zwei Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Pearl ist immer schnell erreichbar und ist immer hilfsbereit.

Great stay in a lovely house , brilliant location in the centre of Frigiliana with short distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. This was our second stay there. Antonio is a good host and the house has a lovely view over the Botancical garden with a view of the sea at Nerja to the left. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated in the heatwave. We didn't have a car but caught the Frigiliana bus down to Nerja and also went to Torrox for lunch and the beach. Had some lovely meals in Frigiliana. La Taperia on the left of the church, The Garden Restaurant, Restaurante Bar Virtudes which is halfway up the hill on the bus on the right with lovely views down the valley to the sea at Nerja. Also ate for the first time at Bar la Alegría del Barrio twice which is down the hill past the church. Ordered paella the day before and there was so much we couldn't eat it all. For people who love walking there is the ravine down the hill behind the chemist but very steep.

10/10 location with a gorgeous 5star view. Near excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention only a 14 minute drive to the clear water beaches of nerja. This Airbnb will give you all of the above with beautiful views in every room of the house to the interior Spanish touch on the inside lovely would be an understatement. Thank you Jaqueline for being a tentative host as well.

The place was amazing! Great location, close to everything and super clean! Javier was an outstanding host, super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond all our expectations! Most definitely one of the best places we stayed in...Hope to go back one day!

The house was amazing - spotless, comfortable beds, very clean throughout, very useful washer and dryer, and the AC was great - nice and cool. Our host Monica was very quick to respond to any questions and was able to lower the AC temp at my request remotely on her phone app (the minimum was set at 23 but I wanted it colder). The view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace was a million bucks. We could see the terrace from the Alhambra as well. The house is just steps away from restaurants, groceries and lots of touristy shops. We arrived from a super fancy hotel in Sevilla but felt right at home here. It was great to have so much space for our family of 4 to be together, and also be able to retreat to our separate bedrooms for some peace as well. And the washer and dryer were in a separate room - lots of other places have just a washer, often in the kitchen. That let us pack a lot less which can’t be underestimated. Everything about this house and host was perfect.

Está reformado con mucho gusto, es muy bonito y cómodo. Está a unos 15/20 minutos de Granada en coche. Es difícil aparcar en la calle. El primer día no tuvimos problemas, pero los otros días no pudimos aparcar cerca.

Si vous avez envie d’un endroit paisible et ressourçant, c’est ici qu’il faut venir. La maisonnette de type rustique possède tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortablement installé. Les extérieurs sont incroyables et bien entretenus. La piscine est grande et quasiment privée, puisque les propriétaires la laissent entièrement aux locataires. Mention spéciale pour la propreté du logement et des linges qui sentent bons le frais. Un endroit qui promet de belles vacances entouré de nature. What a gem! If this property is available, book it and stay as long as you can! While the photos are great online, it is even better in person. Peaceful. Beautiful walks. Comfortable. Fully equipped. The gardens and plunge pool were amazing. Nick was an amazing host. We've traveled extensively with AirBNB and Nick is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He gave amazing restaurant and hiking recommendations and was very responsive. 10 out of 10. One of the best properties we have stayed at!

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

Das Apartment war ganz genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns natürlich der unvergleichliche Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Wir konnten sogar an mehreren Tagen viele Delfine beobachten. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die tolle Ausstattung des Apartments, tolle Küche, Jacuzzi, Grill, und im Playroom, Sups, Strandstühle, Tennisschläger usw. Alles, was man im Urlaub braucht war vorhanden und alles in bester Qualität und mit tollen Instruktion und daher einfach zu bedienen, Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik und Camilla war perfekt, sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend !

Tolle Lage, schöne Unterkunft mit gemütlichem Balkon

Nous avons été réellement charmés dès notre arrivée. L’endroit est encore plus beau et impressionnant que sur les photos et aussi super bien équipé. Nous voyagions avec notre bébé donc il était souvent plus pratique et efficace de prendre l’auto pour nous rendre au supermarché le plus proche ou à la grande promenade de bord de mer, mais cela se fait à pieds facilement (plus ou moins 15 mins de marche avec un peu d’inclinaison). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement tranquille loin du centre touristique (surtout en contexte de semaine sainte), mais à la fois facilement accessible en environ 20-25 mins d’auto. La grande promenade au bord de mer est magnifique et familiale. Nous avons visité beaucoup d’Airbnbs et celui-ci est un réel coup de coeur; je recommande fortement!

We had an excellent stay at Ivan's place. The building is beautiful and the rooms had lots of small and interesting Arabic and traditional elements. Also the bed was very comfy and his cats were a plus ;) All amenities were provided that were required for a 3-day stay. Although there were some stairs to climb, the apartment was easy to reach for us and within a 10 minute walk, we could reach the city center. Ivan was very nice and we managed to communicate with basic English and Spanish. Would very much recommend!

Pros: Excelent value for money (definitely the best one in our trip). Good communication (mostly with a managing company, though). Very good location. Very well-equiped apartment. Cons: check-in was a bit tricky due to automatized processes. Unlocking doors with our phone did not always work smoothly, so we were glad regular keys were also available (despite the phyiscal transponder not working on the apartment door). The area is very loud in the night due to proximity to several bars, but it gets quiet after around midnight.

Anfitreã atenciosa. Apto muito bom, bem localizado, em frente ao rio, quartos amplos, com tudo funcionando direito, garagem quase ao lado, kit de primeiros socorros e kit de lanche ( leite, café, biscoitos, etc), que nos ajudou muito qdo chegamos em uma tarde de domingo.
