In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this apartment located on the third floor, has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. Very quiet due to the strategic location of the bedroom. 3rd Right SACROMONTE Located on the third floor. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Calle Sacristía de Sta. Escolástica. Very comfortable, it has a large living room with a dining area for four people. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, kitchen utensils, iron and clothesline. In a separate room, we find a good-sized bedroom and a quiet living room. From one of its large windows, we'll have wonderful views of the Realejo. A bathroom with a shower tray and a window located in the en suite of this bedroom. The bed is 150x200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a 140x200 meter sofa bed. It also has a comfortable 90x200 meter folding bed that can be put in the living room or bedroom, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), Wi-Fi, restricted access with a security code, and Smart TV. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. He grew a devotion so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated, that to any person who prayed to the Christ of the Favors an Lord's Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been preserved in its entirety in its original state: the entrance door, the tiles, the marble stairs... Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

This centrally located apartment is ideal for enjoying the city and its charm. Fully renovated 18th century luxury apartment, we want you to feel at home offering all luxury of details, three balconies overlooking the Carrera del Darro called the most beautiful and ancient street in Granada, it has a living-kitchen with sofa and two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to have a perfect stay, in it we can find the necessary condiments for cooking. The practical and spacious master bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed and a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a raining effect shower set, with dry radiator and with everything needed to make an ideal stay. The common areas in the building are the stairs up to the first floor, where you can access the apartment. We have a sofa bed measures 140 x 200, in case any guest is not a couple or family and they want to sleep in independent beds, they have to warn them to prepare the sofa bed clothes with an additional price of €15. If you do not notify and you are already staying and want to use the sofa bed, you will have an extra supplement of 22€ since you have to move to the apartment, total €37.

In the old wine cellar of the house is now a fully equipped cozy country-style kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) with a dining area as well as its own fireplace. The bed of the bedroom La AMARA Louis has a large and comfortable mattress (160*200). Another special feature is the double shower in the bathroom or the Moroccan outdoor shower to refresh yourself during the warm summer in Andalusia.
