Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Colva

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. Anupama is a great host and the place is really good...and she was kind to talk her place with a 20ltr bisleri water and essesials like fruits and biscuits, hand wash etc. Generally a nice place for a small family also

The whole experience was great. Farukh and team was efficient, and supported us brilliantly at the stay. We had two cars and they supported parking for both One consideration, the access key, there was only one, it made it a tad inconvenient for our group to move out and about individually. If something could be done about that. A small, maybe insignificant, but in the common bathroom noticed a cobweb and spiders. A slight oversight or just the weather allowing quick house development by the critters.

It was very comfortable stay. We and our kids enjoyed like that we are in Home. All facilities and amenities were very good. And it's walkable from Colva beach. And everything (like shopping, groceries) are available in the nearest locations. Sapna is very much reachable and always responds very fast. Quite Nice place to say. Note.: We took both 1BHK and 4BHK. If you are more than 1 family, you can prefer 4BHK where it has more space in the balcony areas. Rest of things are good.

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Nikita's Residency in Dabolim, Goa. The place exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, catering to all basic needs and more. A special mention to the manager—extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which added a personal touch to the overall experience. Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Majorda, Goa! The location was easy to find, and we had no trouble reaching the property. It’s perfectly situated within walking distance of popular spots like Camron and Martin’s Corner, which made dining out super convenient. The apartment was clean and well-maintained when we arrived. We appreciated having access to a water purifier, essential kitchen utensils, and even some basic masalas, all of which made our stay comfortable and homely. Our host, Sunny, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He not only made sure we were settled in comfortably but also guided us with local recommendations, including great restaurant suggestions. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable experience and we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed Goan getaway. Loved it!

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from one of the cleanest and most peaceful beaches I’ve ever seen. It was such a refreshing change to find a beach that wasn’t overcrowded, making it ideal for mornings runs and relaxing sunsets. One unexpected highlight was the bookshelf in the home. The collection of books was so thoughtfully curated. It made for the perfect escape when I wasn’t at the beach. Overall, a serene and cozy stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil setting with the bonus of a fantastic mini-library!

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.
