Great location to stay! Clean and easy to get to.

Williams place was terrific! Located in the heart of downtown, close proximity to many wonderful restaurants, Gainbridge Arena and relatively close to Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which was the primary reason for our trip to Indy. The check-in process was easy, follow the directions given and there will be no problems. Parking/garage access is provided. I cannot comment on that as we didn’t need it. The downtown life can be heard in the apt (obviously out of the control of the owner) but staying in the interior room helped. Beautiful space, would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive from the initial booking until checkout. The instructions were perfect and the place was as the pictures had shown. It was clean and very comfortable.

fantastic host. clean place to stay. perfect location for us attending for the NFL combine. within walking distance to places to eat, things to do, the stadium and convention center. will recommend to anyone and everyone.

Really lovely and comfortable apartment in a safe and central part of town. fully equipped with everything you could need. peaceful and quiet at night, and an easy walk around town (and to the convention centre). thanks so much! highly recommended

Alexander’s place was great! Very clean and well decorated and honestly made us feel at home. Although it is downtown, it is very quiet and easy to get around the area. There were so many places surrounding the airbnb to hang out and explore and I would love to stay here again my next time in Indianapolis! He also made things very clear early on after booking so there was absolutely no confusion and the easiest airbnb process I’ve ever had!

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

great place and location

We stayed there for a convention and it was in walking distance. It even had a skywalk that you could walk when it rained. It was right in the heart of everything. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

She was an incredible host! One thing that I loved was the security of the building! I felt very safe being in an unfamiliar city. The space was also really cute with the furniture and lighting. One thing that blew my mind, like “wow, this host (Mary) is really going above and beyond” was that she sent a map of how to get from the entry of the building to the parking garage. She even sent photos of the entry of the entrance of the parking garage along with the address!! Like I am such a visual learner so she was incredibly helpful. Plus, with my friends and I not knowing the area, the photos alleviated a lot of stress. Overall, it was the perfect place for our trip! The streets we so cute and the place was so comfortable. I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Thank you Mary!!

This is the second time staying at this owner’s property. We were in town for Indy 500 activities. The apartment was great and would highly recommend Butler Villa

Great stay looks exactly like the picture I love it !

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The location was perfect for a Fever game and we were very pleased with everything! We had a little confusion with the parking pass, but our host was great with helping handle the situation. There was some loud racing happening that evening, so I suggest a sound machine or earplugs for the room with the double beds.

Absolutely beautiful home, my family was conformable during the entire stay! Quiet neighborhood and great location. Super clean! I definitely recommend for a larger group. We had 11 people and not once did we feel like we were stepping on each others toes.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. I had two graduations to attend in Indy and was 20 minutes or less from each location. Plenty of room for our entire family. Great garage and back yard space for additional fun!

Beautiful front porch and back deck and backyard. Great location for going to the Indy 500. We slept comfortably and the host had plenty of coffee, tea, basics. They provided us with a cooler and 3 camp chairs to borrow. Great place!

Perfect accommodation for 3 car guys in town for the 500 race.

This is a great location for visiting IU! It is a bedroom with a lovely sitting area - big windows and then a nice bathroom. A coffee maker, small fridge, microwave are available in the walk in closet area. To get to the entrance you have to walk through the backyard of the house which would be more challenging if you had mobility issues. Very cute and well decorated!

Host was on point on everything. A nicely remodeled home inside. Plenty of sleeping space. It has a great backyard and front porch for relaxing chill mode ✅ An enjoyable stay for a couple nights, after a big event, to unwind at.

Josephine was an awesome host and super attentive. The entire AC unit broke down on the first day and they literally put in a brand new one the very next day that is not easy and I would definitely say that’s going above and beyond. Not to mention the house had some really nice details like a little gym workout area.
