The location was great and the accommodations were perfect for our party of four. Having a large two bedroom place with a full kitchen was so much better than staying at a hotel!!! Finding the lock box with the key was a bit tricky with all of the similar lock boxes on the wall, but other than that, the stay was perfect. Also, very generous to offer a free appetizer the the Block Bistro and Grill!!!

The apartment is located in a 8-story building that used to a department store, and it still remained some of the original taste. It was very interesting to look around inside of the building. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and cozy. We had a great time here as a family. The location of the apartment is pretty good as well - walkable to many museums, parks and the zoo. The best part of this Airbnb unit is its hosts Leah and Derek - they are super responsive and helpful. They always reply to my messages and answer my questions in a timely manner and they gave us clear instructions on check-in and check-out. I would recommend family and friends to stay with them if they ever visit Indy. Thank you for such a great experience!

I absolutely loved my time with them, they are so responsive the place was spotless. I was able to walk to so many different things and the amenities were fantastic! If I come back to Indy I will stay with them again!

The view from this unit is magic! My husband and I watched the sun come up each morning and set each night. The open concept living area is the perfect hangout spot with its huge corduroy couch and big arched windows. And the master suite is surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. Suite Spots was very quick to respond with any questions I had, Mary is a true rockstar!

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

Perfect little spot for someone coming to Indy that would rather have a little more room than a hotel allows! Super close to the Indianapolis Convention Center and plenty of nice restaurants!

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described. The apartment did stay warm even with the air on but there were plenty of fans to help. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants around.

We loved this Charming historic home! The wood plank floors, exposed brick wall and primitive antiques made this 1840’s home feel cozy and original. The couches were soooo soft and comfortable and so were the mattresses on the beds! Bathrooms were modern and the kitchen had what we needed for our weekend stay. It’s the perfect location for walking downtown to eat and shop, which was why we were there.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Very close to Lucas stadium and wasn’t a far walk to the start line of the marathon. Very close to pretty much everything and if it was a little further, rent a scooter 🛴 it was perfect to get around the city. The back yard was very peaceful. The highway is very close so if you don’t like road noise just know you can hear that. I wasn’t bothered at all by it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We loved this place. It is very cute and accommodating, and the hosts were great. Do note there is no kitchen (which we were aware of, I’m just not sure it’s super clear in the listing).

A welcome retreat before and after my son’s wedding at a local venue. It was so nice to be able to have a place to relax after the rehearsal & wedding. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the pool!

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We had a family reunion in Indy and the home was PERFECT! Absolutely beautiful space, located very close to downtown. The entire home was spotless and gorgeously decorated. The kitchen had everything we could need (and more), with 2 full refrigerators. There was plenty of parking, both in the driveway and street parking. Dennis was an excellent communicator and the price was very reasonable. The bedrooms were super comfortable! We had all adults, but the gameroom would have been AMAZING when the kids were little. We would definitely stay in this home again! Thank you!

Kelsey was very responsive and the property met and exceeded our expectations. We were in town for yhe NCAA sweet 16 and the location was perfect. I will highly suggest booking!

Great place to stay for any occasion. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was awesome and the parking off the street was nice.
