What a find in Columbia! Thoughtfully renovated, loads of historic charm, modern updates, well-appointed and walking distance to shopping and dining. Our host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond with recommendations around town. If you're looking for a place with real character in Columbia's historic downtown, this is it!

I only take my time out and write a review when it’s more than worth it. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Came from out of state for a military graduation and Kim property felt right at home. Very quiet, friendly and clean property. Kim was very helpful and friendly. She was prompt with responding to my concern’s when needed. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again if I were to visit again!

This place was lovely and very clean! Getting in for the first time was a little complicated because it's a large complex, but the host gave us clear and detailed instructions for how to find the right entrance. Even though this place (and the entire building) is pet friendly, there were no pet odors or stains, and my fairly sensitive cat allergies were not triggered in the slightest. I was traveling with my spouse and mother-in-law and really appreciated that the layout had separated bedrooms and bathrooms so we each had a bit of our own space. The kitchen was well-furnished with all the basic tools, and we all very much enjoyed the snack basket on the counter. I'd be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area visiting relatives!

Ray was extremely kind and a very responsive host. His home is beautiful, and we are thankful to him for sharing it. I have never stayed somewhere as clean, which is something I truly value. He was gracious to accommodate our crazy hours. We didn’t get a chance to interact too much as we were visiting a lot of our time with family, but everytime we did get a chance to talk, he was very nice. He took care of us, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Best host I've ever stayed with! Extremely flexible and understanding and accommodating of our needs. Super generous with the space. Really felt taken care of by someone who really cared. The house is so peaceful and quiet, it's like being in a beautiful personal retreat.

When I needed ANYTHING the owners were quick to respond and tried everything to accomodate us on what we needed.

Great, comfy room and very accommodating host! I would recommend having a car as the location is a bit tucked away.

We so enjoyed staying in Louise's beautiful home. She is such a gracious host and made us feel so comfortable. She is very communicative and we knew everything that we needed to know about our stay. The yard and lake are so beautiful. I felt like my breathing slowed down and my muscles released as soon as we pulled in each time. We were visiting my daughter at USC, so we were on campus a lot. I would love to go back to spend more time relaxing there. It was just a perfect stay!

It's a fine Airbnb, I do recommend staying there. The space is comfortable and the king beds are great. We enjoyed the back yard plus the fact that we could park behind the fence. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood but the neighbors are friendly. The space was mostly clean but far from the cleanest Airbnb that I've ever stayed in. The owner(s) is a company in town. They were easy to work with but they sure did expend a lot of effort soliciting a 5-star review - it was mentioned six times by text. Plus it was also literally posted on the refrigerator. This is a fine Airbnb, but the amount of attention paid to ensuring a five star review rather than getting the last of the dust around the baseboards was offputting.

Brittany was an awesome host. Due to the snowstorm in Virginia she accommodated our family with additional requests in a timely manner. She was very hospitable and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her for your next stay in the area. Thank you Brittany!!
