Condo holiday rentals in Columbia

A great stay at this cozy condo! My friends and I drove in from out of town for the St. Pat's Festival in Five Points and spent a couple nights here. We had stayed here the year before for the same event, and we enjoyed it so much that we returned! The condo is somewhat compact but makes great use of the space. It's well-stocked with a small kitchen and laundry, and the vintage arcade console downstairs was lots of fun! The beds were soft and the sheets were fresh. Bathroom was very clean and has everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy - we were provided all the relevant info in a timely manner. We loved being able to walk right up the street to the festival in Five Points - I'm sure we'll be back again next year! Thanks B-Team for another great stay!

Wonderful stay inn Columbia! Walking distance to restaurants and nice shops. Very clean and host was fantastic. We’ve been coming to Columbia for 14+ years and usually stay in hotels. We’ll definitely stay here again.

If you use Google maps to get there, it drops you at a place that looks like a middle of a field. Keep going a block further it’s there. Gotta love Google. Was very clean very comfortable. Everything was in order. The team was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you very much for the great stay. We had come for my son‘s graduation from basic training. The location is perfect when getting up on post and such.

The B-Team was great with communication and accommodating a last minute stay request. The townhome is charming and the PacMan game was a fun surprise. The area was somewhat noisy with ambulance sirens being close to the hospital, however this is beyond their control and was not overwhelming. Outside of this, the area is quiet and walkable. Would book with the B-Team again.

We had a very nice stay! The area was great with many restaurants in walking distance from the rental. Condo was comfortable and quiet.

I’ve stated a few Airbnb‘s, but when I’m in Columbia, the only Bnb‘s that I will stay in are by Cason development. The hospitality and the level of communication on top of the beautiful properties they have are the reasons I continue to return. I was fortunate enough to meet another guest who has told me the same thing. her and her husband only book Cason development. This company gives an experience!!! Not just a stay. You will definitely enjoy. So book now!

Wow, what a great stay. The view is extremely nice with the double balconies. The beds are extremely comfortable the showers get hot and stay hot. There’s so much space you don’t feel claustrophobic. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal. I really always enjoy my stay with Cason development.

Great little condo! I appreciate the detailed instructions on how to get it with pics. Very very helpful! It was clean, cute decor, and had everything I needed for a two day stay. Just 5-10 minutes from everything from a ton of restaurants, activities like axe throwing, bowling, shopping, and walking around. Loved it!

The rooms and amenities were exactly why we needed for our stay. TV are easy to connect to and had just the right stuff for us to make breakfast and dinner.

This apartment was the perfect stay for 2 travel nurses. The location is great, very quiet and safe neighborhood, and it is only about 15-20 minutes from two main hospitals downtown. The unit itself is very comfortable and cozy, and it was spotless when we arrived. It is fully stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathroom. And there was even laundry detergent and softener to use when we arrived. Bill is an amazing host, he is so accommodating and responsive. 10/10, I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this unit. Stayed here for our son’s wedding and could not have been more pleased. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The photos do not do it justice, it’s fantastic. Perfect location for downtown Columbia and USC. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Great Mexican restaurant next door, Starbucks downstairs and Publix across the street. Thanks for sharing it with us, we’ll definitely be back for future events in Columbia.

Raymond was an excellent host, and this location was perfect for what I needed! I stayed here for just over three months, and I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. Raymond was very responsive to any questions I had, and I never had to wait for an answer back! The location is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Columbia and the Harbison shopping area. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a spacious, quiet retreat!

Very convenient location. Also easily accessible but very secure.

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

My cousin and I came to town for a wedding and Rashad’s place was perfect with two very comfortable bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, 3 TVs and a full kitchen. Parking is right at the door and entry was easy. Rashad communicates well. We would go back if we need a place near Columbia, SC.
